I cant say enough about my experience with Geneva Auto. My husband and I drove all the way down from New London to take a look at a car. Due to traffic we arrived just at closing time. Rick and Dave made us feel very welcomed and we never felt rushed in any way. After much discussion we made a decision on a car and put down some money to have it held until we were able to come back to pick it up. Yet again we were late to pick up the car and the owners could not have been more gracious. 3 days after we purchased the car we had questions about it, about 30 minutes after sending an email to Rick I had a response. If you want someone who will be honest, courteous and knowledgeable about buying a car then you must check out this place! It was worth the 6 hours my husband and I spent in the car and I cant imagine it would be any different for you.

Visited 2-4-17. TL;DR I recommend Geneva Auto Sales Walked in and was immediate helped to test drive. Drove a few cars from the lot. Once I was settled, we sat down and did some paper work. They do not do financing at the lot. There is a local bank that helps them with financing. This was not an issue. Once my financing was complete, I went back to the lot and finished signing over title. Left with the car right then. Easy buying experience. All their cars are rebuilt, which means they were in an accident. They dont have any significant damage to them, and they fix them up in house. Ask for the paperwork and photos, they wont hesitate to show you. The guys are super patient and helpful. I would highly recommend Geneva Auto Sales. Thanks for the sweet ride!

I just purchased a 2013 Elantra with all the options from Rick at Geneva Auto Sales. Great experience, great car. It is for my daughter who is 20 and a junior in college. Dont need anything special, but got a 29K mile car that had minor damage and was rebuilt. Wow, is this a nice car after buying a new set of tires and cleaning it up. If you want fancy everything, this place is not for you. If you want a great car that is a commuter at a great price or something for your college student, this is the place. They care about what they do. Its not going to be concourse quality, but the price is going to be great. Better to take the depreciation on the front end vs. the back end, its must cheaper. These guys are a bunch of hacks they buy wrecked cars and half ass fix them and resell them it looks like your getting a deal when in fact your getting a broke down piece of garbage. I have had this car for just over 3 months and the clutch went bad, multiple oil leaks and and bad throttle body. I Called to ask about the extended warranty I bought and they first questioned that I bought the car from them then they got defensive and argumentative, PLEASE BUYER BE WHERE "SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY DONT GO THROUGH THIS HASSLE " the man with the breathing tube is not a nice man , the taller skinny man is dishonest and do not trust him.

Great prices for great cars. Very honest with the cars we were looking at. I was nervous about buying a car with a rebuilt title but they sat down and showed me the pictures from the crash and what it looked like when they got it. They then showed me a log of what was done to the car while in their car and explained why they did the work the way they did. They were patient as I test drove many of the cars and never were pushy. Many of these cars are in great shape. My insurance ran the VIN and said the car had lost no value for having a salvage title. If I am around this part the next time I need a car Ill defiantly be back.

Best place to buy a used vehicle. Dave an Rick were very friendly and helpful throughout the buying experience and were able to answer any questions I had. They seemed eager to help but not in a pushy salesman manner. I never felt pressured into purchasing something I didnt want. Most importantly, their extended warranty option for $400 was unbeatable and really shows the faith they have in their vehicles they sell. 5/5 will definitely be coming back for future purchases!

Called and the sales member was terribly rude, but I ignored that. I told him to screw off when he told me Id have to come in to get any information, and hung up on him. Instantly, he called my number back, to which I blocked. He left a voicemail saying he has my name and number. Then he called me a punk, etc and to come say it to his face. The next part of the voicemail was muffled and sounded like he referenced that he had a gun. Unfortunate business all together.

They were very helpful and nice. I found a great car there and loved it even more after I took it for a test drive. I noticed the front mirror wasnt working properly so we brought it up to the staff and they fixed it right away. Their repair man had left for the day so the sales person did it himself! The car buying process at Geneva Auto Sales was thorough, yet extremely efficient. I am very happy with my purchase and I would recommend it to anyone.

This was one of the most unprofessional dealerships Ive ever dealt with. Make sure you are aware that these vehicles are salvage titles before you give them a deposit that ends up being "non-refundable". They certainly didnt disclose that before I cut them a check for the deposit. Turns out you cant get financing on salvage titles, went to 5 banks/credit unions trying despite flawless credit. Got scammed of my deposit. Hope you have cash as a buyer.

Went here to look at their lot to see what was available. Rick had told us everything that had been done with the rebuild and let us test drive and inspect the vehicles that we were into, he also had the information on the rebuilds with before and after pictures. I would recommend taking a look for yourself before judging. I was very happy with the purchase and the service I received.

By far the best used car buying experience Ive ever had. The actual owner helped me load up a car I bought from him, in the rain, in 25 degree weather, it was a nightmare and not once did he ever have a negative vibe. Oh and i forgot , it was 10 pm at night. Trust this company , buy from this company, I will for now on. Take care and go rent one of my movies, haha.
