I purchased a used truck from Shawano Auto Sales. I drove from over two hours away to look at the truck. Mark at the used lot was more than helpful and Rick, the owner, came down also. They gave me a more than reasonable trade in price and didnt push financing or more expensive vehicles. It was a fantastic low pressure sales environment. I did however have a minor mechanical issue on the drive home, over an hour away, after business hours. I was able to get ahold of Mark, the salesman, and he and a mechanic came with a loaner and a tow truck, picked up the truck, brought it back to Shawano, repaired it on a Saturday, and then delivered it to me all fixed up, on a Saturday afternoon. I honestly couldnt have asked for anything more. They have earned my entire family as customers, even though we are two hours away. I cannot say enough about the dealership and the way they conduct business. If you want a fantastic transaction, fair deal, adn know you will be taken care of, this is the place.

A year ago my 90 year old mother was "phone-duped" into taking a very expensive auto service contract for her 2004 Town & Country van from Auto Protection Alliance, LLC in Garden Grove, CA. Neither she, nor we her children knew about the contract and the resulting automatic withdrawal of monthly fees from her checking account until this week. The folks at Shawano Auto Sales were absolutely outstanding in their efforts to help us investigate and hopefully recover some of my mothers money. 5-Star service, for sure!
