*********BUYERS BEWARE********* Save yourself the time and hassle and find a more reputable group of people. I dunno what the one in Gulf Port is like but weve gotten the run around. First it was because they needed more paperwork after they gladly took our money for the down payment, gave us the keys and sent us on our way, 2 weeks later they need more paperwork for the bank. Upon communicating with the bank in the process the dealership is putting words in their mouth and we are getting half truth from the sales person and flat out lies about what the REP at the bank is saying when we call to double check and verify the sales person version of the truth. THEN the truck breaks down and is having issues CHECK ENGINE LIGHT and TRANS TEMP LIGHT, kind of a big deal!! Which they are fixing but should as the financing with bank is on hold PER THE BANK because we made them aware the truck was having issues. The dealership made the bank aware we were there the other day but NOT FOR WHY (shady as hell, shady as hell), SO WE TOLD THE BANK WHY! We dont even know if the repair is correct fix as they seem to be shooting in the dark because the first time they supposedly fixed it and said there wouldnt be anymore issues less then an hour later the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT comes on. AND are trying to saying it was something WE DID, what a load of BULL! Oh, ON TOP OF THAT truck has recalls and these folks know NOTHING about it because the DIDNT check, thats enough to tell us, in our opinion that they dont do their diligence on making sure youre driving home in a safe vehicle. This will be the FIRST TIME and LAST TIME we do business with these folks. And I will gladly tell everyone I know NOT to use them!!!!! ***In response their post back, this process could of been accomplished a lot faster if they werent trying to sell a vehicle that had issues and speaking out of turn with what for the bank, if we hadnt had to bring the vehicle back over and over the deal could of been finished. Selling vehicles with issues is a shady business. There is no trust in the place whats so ever. Regardless the issues needed to be fixed by these folks anyways. No we dont want a lift to get to the DMV by a tech from your shop when youve left use $1600 less and without the vehicle we would of used to finish business. Shame on you. They did however return our down payment after being displeased by this above Google review, so we are grateful to have our money returned. But we just dont feel we could recommend them.

Had an excellent experience with Riverside on 2/27/17. My salesperson Emily done an excellent job assisting me and helped any way she could. The lot is exceptionally clean for a used car dealer, that made a very good 1st impression. I even got a call back from the office manager a couple days later to make sure everything was ok and that I had a good experience. I highly recommend Riverside to anyone looking to purchase a clean used vehicle. David Thornton

Yall I cant say enough GREAT things about the service I received today. David was my sales rep. I did my online application this morning. I received a quick response, via phone call. I arrived this afternoon to sign and pick up. My beauty was waiting on me. The whole process took 15-20 minutes and I was out the door to burn up the road in my new ride!!! I cant say enough great things. Check them out and ask for David. He was amazing!!

Today my wife and I and our baby got to drive home in a pretty much brand new car and it felt great! Our previous vehicle was pretty much done for so Im incredibly grateful this process didnt take very long! We got a great car for a decent price! Emily was amazing! Even held my baby for me when she became fussy!!! So sweet!
