I just bought a Dart 2013 from this dealer. The manager provide excellent customer customer service and provided me with information about the car before purchasing the car. The owner of the dealer Mr. Fenzel was really helpful and willing to help the customers that walk in the door. At first you think that the owner is a sales man until he introduces himself, he gives you that old customer oriented business that has the customers interests in mind. The General manager also does an excellent job managing the place and helping customers. He keeps the customer involved with the whole process of buy your new/used car. I was convinced to get the Dart in 30 minutes and within a few weeks I had a brand new car from the factory. When the manager Steve Stanley delivered the car to me he was more than willing to stay later to meet my schedule. I got to the dealer at 6 pm and was there until 8 pm and took the time show me the feature of the cars. He was really knowledgeable and helpful in getting my Uconnect system up and running. Overall my experience felt like small town from the 80s or 90s where the people are really pleasant and customer oriented. I will recommend to buy a car from this dealer you will not be disappointed and will feel that you were treated like a million dollar man.

I had ordered a Dodge Charger from here in 2013, with the help of Steve Stanley. The experience was painless. We built the car on his computer, agreed on a price and off the order went. I got updates along the way, which included pictures sent as they unloaded the car off the trailer when it arrived. I picked it up later that day, and have been happy with it ever since. On the service side, dealing with Jerry has been great as well. Ive been bringing the car there for regular maintenance ever since. Everything is handled promptly. If you want great customer service, this is the place to go.

This is by far one of the best dealerships in the area ! This place is very family oriented who treats their customers like one of their own. They have a great staff who is very helpful and knowledgeable and actually cares about you as a person unlike many other dealers. I highly suggest going here first before buying anywhere else!

These guys are jerks and rude here ....... They have a dog unleashed when you walk in the front door and they yell at you not to pet it cause its mean. That makes a lot of sense lets have a mean dog at the door when you walk into a business ecspecially a car dealer.
