The service is horrible... They put this tracking device in my car and a fuse connected to the device stopped working, I bought a new battery for my car thinking my battery was just no good and I found out it was that passtime device. They came to tow my car a few days later after my complaint and it took them over 48 hours to finish working on it. I missed school 2 days in a row because I had no transportation because of this. Thank God I work from home! They never called me to update me on anything. I had to keep calling them until they finally said it was ready for pickup. The lines are always busy and they show a huge lack of concern about something that is THEIR fault.... I wouldnt recommend them to anyone‼️

The dealership is ok... the salesmen are courteous and not very pushy...but dont expect to make a payment over the phone if youbare out of town u will never get through to make your payment and end up stranded...for that reason i gave them a lower score...wouldnt be so bad if they had a pay online option...but they dont...

i so love west main auto sales they have been great to my hubby and i we have got 3 cars from them they help u when u need help i would recommend anyone to them they have always took care of us always, thanks alot dustin, eric, and eddie keep up the good work :)
