They may sell you a car, but dont expect service, even warranty service. The first time I walked into the service department I thought how lucky those guys are to be working in a large air conditioned shop, but after all of my experiences there it might be as bad as their service is. First, you cannot call in to the service department. They have at least 3 guys at 3 desks who must be on the phone all the time because have to try 4 or 5 times to get anyone. I dont know how that can be since the work bays are mostly empty with people just standing around ignoring customers. Then outright rude. What a management fail this place is. Not only are they absolutely pathetic in customer service, but they cant seem to fix anything right the first time. I mean simple warranty service stuff. And then the worst is that the owner Larry Stovesand (sp?) is apparently fully aware. The service guy I talked to said the he discussed it with Larry and he told me if I didnt like it to take it somewhere else. This is warranty work mind you, not a broke down car. I have never felt so abused and maybe even physically threatened. If you look they are not BBB accredited and have many complaints. And if you look at this companies responses, they always blame the customer. STAY AWAY Danger

Service department is lacking. On a visit home the alternator started going out on my new truck, I called Paducah Ford and they said they could work on my truck Saturday morning, I told them I had to head back out of town on Sunday. They take the truck in, I wait there all morning and finally at lunch they come out and say the alternator is fine but we think the injectors are going bad??!! They said they couldnt fix it that day and I would have to wait until Monday to fix the problem. I argued their diagnostic and ask them to please just replace my alternator so i could leave on Sunday. They wouldnt do it so I took the truck that day, rolled the dice and headed back Sunday afternoon. On my way back the alternator goes out completely leaving me stranded on the side of the road. Get the truck hauled into the local for dealer, not Paducah Ford, and that dealer replaced the alternator that AM and I was back on my way. Turns out there was nothing wrong w/my injectors!

I purchased a 2012 Ford Focus from this location about 2 1/2 years ago with the specific request that the vehicle be dependable, that was my major concern. The vehicle apparently had transmission issues that happens with most of those vehicles, not the dealerships fault, but, when I took my vehicle in on 4 separate occasions to have the transmission issues fixed, I was told everything was working as it should. The vehicle had a shutter that occurred and I was told by the service manager that it was "well within parameters" for that vehicle. I ended up taking the car to Leon Riley in Benton, after Paducah Ford had kept my vehicle 4 different times, all day. Leon Riley Ford found that the clutch needed to be replaced under warranty and there were actually pieces broken off and there was a gasket seal leaking. I will NEVER suggest anyone go to Paducah Ford....horrible experience!!

Brief: Unprofessional;Crooks; absolutely no service after the sale; had an issue where vehicle we purchased had severe problems with the transmission - literally hit the gas and the car stumble and hesitate, finally got in for "service" was told there were no updates for the transmission and that the stumbling and hesitating were "normal". They didnt even drive the vehicle. I dont know about you but any vehicle I have ever had if it stumbled and hesitated when you hit the gas it meant there was something wrong. There were other issues as; too many to list here. But ultimately was laughed at, scoffed at and taken for a good sum of money. This issue has never been corrected, I no longer have the vehicle. I would advise to avoid this place like the plague.

The salesman, Greg B was not very interested in selling a vehicle. He should take every potential buyer seriously and not act like its an inconvenience to get a set of keys for the customer to look and drive a vehicle. Dan Stovesand is nothing like his dad, Larry. Larry will engage you in conversation versus his son just ignoring you like hes above you. This place is a joke and will take advantage of you any way possible, especially on trade-in. Know what you have and be firm with what you want before talking numbers. The only good experience I had was with Ron Davis in the service department. He goes above and beyond to take care of his customers and look out for the customers best interests.

Bought a new truck last year from Greg. Enjoyed the buying experience and the truck. This Lincoln is replacing an 07 Lincoln we have enjoyed driving. My wife drives the car mainly and we both will return to do business with Greg and Paducah Ford the next time we need another vehicle. We fully understood the vehicle we purchased as Greg took the extra time to explain it to my wife as she is the main driver. Greg doesnt push to sell the vehicle which is a good thing. He is very professional in his manner. Enjoyed the buying experience and will return in the future. Have purchased from Paducah Ford before and will in the future.

Absolutely love working with this dealership! Greg Blewett is great @ his job! Weve bought 3 vehicles from him and each time he has taken his time, listened, explored all our options and was there throughout the entire purchase! Patrick, the sales manager, is great at working all the angles! Lisa & Tommy in finance, make it easy to understand the terms of your loan! Tommy M is the service manager and he will bend over backwards to make whatever is wrong, right! A great dealership! A great team of employees!

Service department horrible. Every time I have called to make an appointment they have either hung up on me accidentally or told me no one was available. Took me three phone calls on three different days before I could even make an appointment. Scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 1:30 and arrived at 1:15. Was told that there should be no problem being done well before 230. My car sat there until after 2 oclock. Didnt leave until 3 oclock.

HORRIBLE!!! Do not take your car here to be serviced. I can not stress this enough. I dont know how people can go to them! I called to schedule a simple oil change, tire rotation, & alignment and after being redirected 4 times on the phone and being put on hold for 20min I finally got it scheduled. Ive been waiting for 3hrs for it to be done and it still complete! Everyone around here moves super slow!
