I wouldnt recommend that anyone who is in the market to purchase a vehicle waste their time or money going to this place. I leased a 2012 Hyundai Sonata from them six months ago and started having major front and issues on my way home from leaving the dealership in it. They knew that I was in the market to purchase a vehicle for my two disabled children that I have to make multiple in and out of town appointments with every week. I returned the car to be fixed a minimum of three times where they claimed to fix it but never did. The car is now sitting in my driveway with the engine locked up and has been for the past three days, and I cant even get anyone from there to return a single one of my phone calls that I have left repeated messages for them to please return over the past three days. Im assuming its because theyre all too busy selling overpriced lemons to unsuspecting customers. These appear to be very nice and professional people who will even pray with you when and if you do purchase a vehicle from them but in my opinion, they are nothing more than greedy hypocrites in disguise looking to fatten their pockets however they can, even if its at the expense of disabled children who have already suffered enough in their short lives and are continuing to suffer being as that they have not been able to make it to their doctors appointments this past week. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy, and I bet not one of them would ever put their own children and family in an unsafe vehicle like they have mine. By the way, purchasing an extended warranty on these overpriced auctioned lemons means absolutely nothing, as it will not cover anything that goes wrong with your vehicle. DONT GO HERE IF YOURE IN THE MARKET TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE!

HuHORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Absolutely horrible! Do not buy from them please! For yourself something else will come along! I bought a infiniti g35, man it was gorgeous, I fell so in love. The guy said it was a great car I bought it with Peoples Bank. I drove off happy unfortunately it was summer of 2010 then once winter hit I found out why I had gotten such a great deal! The heat did not work! I had had it almost 6 months and I called the guy for help! He said its not his responsibility and that the heat worked when it left his lot. LIE LLiE LIE! I brought it to khols import to have it fixed myself! There wasnt a thermostat in the car, it was purposely taken out for the car to run properly! Once the thermostat was put in again it overhead no matter what kohals said they had done the work to the car before I had it. MEANING that when the car had left the guys lot the heat didnt work, he lied. The heat cant work without a thermostat .... Air can but not heat! Then kohals told me it would be a very costly fix so I decided to keep it as is FREAZING driving to school! Luckily I dont haven small children. Anyway once I found out the dealer lied I confronted him over the phone and he hung up on me, then wouldnt answer me! Iv been unable to sell the car because it also has a salvaged title! When my grandmother (co signer) & I asked about carfax he said it was fine! I needed a car desperately for school and thought nothing more of it! Banks do not loan for salvaged cars so he also got over on the bank. In mississippi its not illegal for a dealer to sell a salvaged car mentioning it. But it IS illegal to LIE about the car! Im in the process of finding out what to do. Local usm student

My name ia Kerra Gates. I purchased a 2002 Honda Civic EX Coupe for my aon on February 22, 2016 on a Mondaythe car broke down on Tuesday. Brought the car back on Wednesday the 24th Suncoast kept the car until the following Monday February 29, 2016. Durning this period of time not one person from their business had enough consideration or professionalism to even contact me to tell me the car was ready, after calling numerous times. I just decided to go up there after work. Upon my arrival I was told by the manager Doug that the car was fixed. Took the car home and it broke down again two days later. At this point I asked for my money back $5,622.25 which I was refused. The owner Gary Anderson came to pick the car up from my residence because its inoperable, with a tow truck...on March 3, 2016 where again I requested my money back. I was told by the owner Gary Anderson that the car would be looked at and someone would call me. Today is March 8, 2016 and again not one person has called me in regards to this matter. These are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. They sold me a bad car, lied about the repairs they done on the car, and wont give me my money back. So now my son has no car and I have no money. And the salesman Kendall Lucas that coward wont even return my calls. I will definitely be pursuing further action against this mockery of a so-called business, because its not right. Dont put your trust and hard earned money in these people. They have zero integrity.
