Mike, the sales manager, is very unprofessional. The day I bought my car I was told by Carla and by Mike that my radio would be fixed in the vehicle. Well the next day my car broke down so when I called them to get fixed I also asked about the radio. They did have my car fixed the next day however, they were now stating they "dont remember" anything being said about the radio. After calling for almost two weeks straight they finally ordered me one. Even then it still took A MONTH to get the radio in. Then when they did fix it he must have put an old radio in because it was all beat up and looked worse than the one that was in there before. I told Carla I would have my grandfather come up there to speak to Mike since my grandfather was the one who purchased the car. I was told "I wish you would have your paw paw come up here." Seriously so unprofessional and the worst customer service I have ever received!!!

Disrespectful and untrustworthy... They (meaning) all of them dont care about anyone but there selfs ... I had already did an application and I had everything worked out with a lady and once I had money in my hand I called first and spoke to this person and he said to come by and we will decide which vehicle I could get just to go up there to get kicked in the gut I felt so unwanted the salesman asked me to step outside.. he said to me do to my x working up there the owner didnt want to sell me a car .. I was very hurt and on top of it all the man who is the financial manager which doesnt like me anyway.. probably told the owner and thats why the boy who asked me to talk outside said what he said ... I wouldnt ever buy a vehicle from there unless youre OK with being lied to and being mistreated

meh and meh. While I found the salespeople friendly and approachable but , the prices of their inventory and the lender they use are pure crap. I waited almost a full work day for them ( the lender)to get in touch with me and near the 5 o;clock hour, I received a text. A text!! not a phone call. Thats not how you treat people. I would score them a 4 star based on how I was treated, but the issues forced me to score them a 1. I recommend that you avoid this dealership if your credit is anything but perfect. My suggestion is give them six months to a year to work out the issues they currently face. They are a small company but i do believe with time, they could turn out to be a top spot along the coast

Mike and his team are the best !! They have been knowledge, helpfully , friendly and just the best Serivce !! From helping me with what rental truck size would best fit my needs , to what options I needed ( lift gate and dolly) . They have been my life savor !! I could not have asked for a better team and company to rent from !! If I could give 10 stars I would!! They have gone above and beyond for me !! They have made finding a truck for my move easy .
