I was recently in the market for buying a car. I am a single mom, and the entire thing was a bit intimidating. After researching what kind of car would be best for me, I narrowed my search down and landed at Dennison. I do not have a bad thing to say about this business. I dealt with Robert first, and he was professional and understood my situation and I felt very comfortable and confident in his knowledge and care. He made the process much less stressful for me. I was listened to and respected, and all my questions were answered immediately through the process. He was great! I also dealt with Steve, who also took great care of me! He worked endlessly to get me what I needed, also answering 100 questions from me, and I had full trust in him. If you are a woman, shopping for cars and have some fears about the process- go to Bob Dennison, you will be taken care of and they will not lie or sugar coat anything. They are in the business of taking care of their customers, not just selling a car. Kuddos!!!

I recently purchased my 2nd vehicle from Dennison Auto Center, a 2012 Ford F-350. I traded up from my previous purchase. The folks at Dennison made the purchase easy and without any hassle or haggling or unexpected fees. The people were friendly and Bob, the salesperson was the best. He showed me only what I wanted to see and didnt try to pressure into any one vehicle, even going as far as to have his manager contact an auction for a truck that fit my preference. The manager, Steve, was also great. He answered all of my questions, was very up front during the closing to ensure that I was aware of the costs and terms of the contract. He didnt attempt to hide anything and was quite open and honest with all of our dealings. This is an A+ rated used car dealership and I would not hesitate to continue to give them my business or send any of my friends to them. Great people and great experience all around.

Alright. I know better than to keep taking my vehicle back to the dealer for service... especially in a town with one major Ford dealer, but I once again made the mistake of bringing my van in to Dennison Ford. I told them specifically that I needed a new distributer cap. However, they first said that they had to run a $180 diagnostic test to ensure that was the problem. After arguing with the guy, I said "fine" and guess what? There was a big frickin surprise. I needed a new distributer cap! Can you believe it? Amazing. Im so glad I paid for the diagnostic test... you know, since its computerized and all. Im just amazed that my feeble little brain was able to reach the same diagnosis as their super duper computer. Its almost as amazing as Jackie Bs "great job" review below. Its so specific too. Jackie must B a real customer. Theres no way that Jackie B working for Dennison.

Steve was super efficient and friendly. I told him I wanted to look at one of his cars the day before I arrived, he told me he would have it shining and ready. Although it wasnt, he was still very friendly. The car was tucked back behind another and they had to move the other out of the way. I purchased the car the next day. I was super impressed with the way the outside looked upon arrival to purchase. There was a locking wheel lug on the car, which the dealer did not have a key for, so we had to work that out, and Steve did reimburse me for this purchase of a new one. I am super impressed with the car. I would recommend them, and purchase from them again. Thank you Steve. I rated three stars because of the preparedness of the dealer prior to arrival and the fact that I did not have a wheel lock key at time of the purchase.

Terrible place. Steve treats his employees very poorly. Also he doesnt like to spend too much money on his cars in the lot. So a car had to get a whole new engine replaced after customer bought it and had a lot of complaints about others. Steve gets cars repainted and doesnt put it on the carfax reports. So the carfax reports for some arent up to date. Back to his employees, he treats them like crap. Always thinks he is in the right and never in the wrong, just back talks and yells at employees. Yes, I have video proof of it. I wouldnt lie about that. So, if youre willing on spending your money to an old washed up crook. Than this is the high priced place for you. Thats what happens in closed doors, many people dont know about.

We had been searching for a couple of weeks for a used car to replace one of ours that had broken down . We were having trouble finding a car with all the options that we wanted and for the price we wanted to pay but what was more difficult was finding a dealer that we thought we could trust . We found a car we liked on Bob Dennisons website on a Sunday and we owned that car by the end of the day the following Monday. Curt the salesman we worked with was friendly and knowledgeable, and Steve worked really hard to get us the financing. We got exactly the car we wanted for the price we were pleased with , it was an overall excellent experience and I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Recently traded in a vehicle and also purchased one. Salesman was very friendly and provided great customer service. S.Petersen was the main reason for giving this place 2 stars. Extremely unfriendly and gives off a negative vibe. Walked outside to question things on our trade in (which we did not question or dispute) and didnt even introduce himself or say hello before doing so. I take pride in customer service and almost walked out because of that. Attitude goes a long way. Comments were also said along the way as if you are not being truthful. He definitely thinks he is above and better then you by the way he talks to you. Will not be back and regret going through with this purchase.

I bought a 2015 Ford Mustang Ecoboost from Dennison Auto Center. The salesman who sold me the car (Steven Petersen) was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. We originally went out to test drive it and figure out some numbers in order to finance it at a later date, but we decided to go ahead and buy it that day. Our financing situation was a semi-complicated one, but Mr. Petersen managed to work it all out and have us out the door in the Mustang in roughly four hours. Their vehicles on their lot are in great shape and are reasonably priced. Fantastic buying experience; I definitely recommend this dealer.

Bob and Steve were great to work with. The customer service was top notch. I had test driven the vehicle but wanted my wife to drive it the next day. We only had a short window to do this, so they had it ready to go right when we got there. We actually noticed a display console not working for the back seat before we started the test drive. They researched the issue and had the part ordered to fix it before we even returned from the test drive. Thats going above and beyond the call of duty in my mind.
