Saw a car on line that my daughter wanted and bought what we thought was a "good used car" with as is no warranty. We took cash that our daughter had been saving AND traded in her car... We were ok with that because we were told that all their cars were inspected thoroughly before they were sold. Fifteen minutes later our way home on the interstate the dashboard lights flickered and went black! The dealership was closed and so I called Monday am to see if they was anyway they would assist us in getting this fixed and we were informed sorry you bought as is no warranty so there is nothing that they could or would do.I really cant understand how a dealership that I thought had a good reputation would not even try to assist us with this issue...I called back later in the day after we had someone look at the car and they said take it back to the dealership so I called yet again and was told the same thing. Obviously they arent too worried about their customers once they get their money BUT we are worried about our daughter driving at night not being able to see her speed or gas. I will not go back to linwood and most certainly would not recommend anyone. We are honest people I guess that was my mistake for assuming that they would be honest too! Needless to say we are having to take it to another dealership and pay for diagnostic testing to see what the issue is!

We had a wonderful experience when we bought our 2015 Chrysler Town and Country S van at Linwood in May of 2015. The sales and finance staff were very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. The sales staff went out of their way to demonstrate all the bells and whistles on our first " smart car". My wife has been driving a 2006 Ford Fusion and a 2002 Mercury Mountaineer so we were slightly intimidated by all of the new things on this van. We had never owned a vehicle that was this loaded with all the extras like navigation system, back up camera, etc..but they took the time to show us how everything works. We like this vehicle more than anything weve ever owned. Rides and drives like a dream, stow and go seating is awesome and easy. Its all good !!! The only downside is if you want a spare tire, it is an option. Had never seen a new vehicle that didnt come with a spare as a standard feature and the optional spare is EXPENSIVE !!!! Overall though, it is one heck of a ride ! Thanks Linwood !

You know that feeling you get when something is not right, but you cant put your finger on it! Thats Linwood Motors. Prior to this service visit I had the tires rotated, oil changed and 16 polnt check-up. Everything was fine and no suggestions or required service needed. This time they pointed out things that needed to be done that was to be suggested last service. If not for the warranty I would be looking someplace else for service, I do not trust Linwood Motors.

Mike Thigpen made the process of buying my first car, make that first new car so easy and less stressfull. He helped me pick a car that looked sporty but yet economical. Im loving it! Paperwork was easy and non stressfull and left the dealership at linwood very happy. Best dealer in Paducah period. When a friend or I need a new car I will recommend Linwood Motors of Paducah! Josh English was our salesman...very nice guy...knowledgable...doesnt pressure...answered all questions truthfully...he knew the car he was selling...he knew most everything we asked and if he didnt, he found the answer...knew what most things did in the car...set us up 1, 2, 3 on syncing our phones with the car. Excellent experience! Would recommend Linwood and Josh!

stay away ... they take your money and turn there back on you and the techs know nothing about cars and you will leave with r with more problems then when you started and none will care they done got your money .. and they will lie right to your face !

Nice car dealership! They have a great selection for new cars, but used cars are usually either program cars or nothing special cars. But still sometimes they have a few that come up! Always a great place to stop and look at all the vehicles!
