Theses guys walk the walk. My son and I drove up from Atlanta to buy a used SUV here, exactly what my son was looking for. We got it checked out at an independent garage and learned there was a problem with the four-wheel drive. Our salesperson Corey and the manager Danny insisted on fixing it, and then they delivered the truck to us in Atlanta the next week at no cost to us. Believe it or not! Then a short-time later, the 4WD starts acting up again. Now, we did have to drive 6 hours to bring it to them, but thats on us since we chose to buy from an out-of-state dealer. They made the costly repair, and then they apologized for the hassle. Things frequently dont work out right. You learn a lot about people and a company from how they respond to a difficult problem. I have nothing but good things to say about the folks at Bluegrass Honda, and my son and I are glad we drove up to buy from them!

I just bought my 4th car from Watermark. Whether I was buying a $4000 car for my daughter or niece, or a slightly used car for myself, I have been treated the same. 1.) I have never been pressured to take the next step or felt trapped into something. I have the power when I buy here. 2.) I have never been ignored by any of the sales staff or service help. Class act all around. 3.) I understand a business has to make money, but they went over, above, and beyond any expectations that I have. I hate to car shop. But I enjoy the folks here. I had a very positive experience with these folks when I bought a used Mazda3 from them back in 2014. We did the price negotiating over email, I had it checked by a local mechanic, paid them, and left. It was as painless as car buying gets. They even texted me several times over the weeks following the purchase to make sure I was pleased with the car and the experience. I have been very pleased the vehicle ever since. I live in St. Louis, but will definitely hit these folks up when I start vehicle shopping for my fiance. Keep up the good work!

Sold my daughter a lemon!! After having the car a couple of weeks, car is dying going down the road!! This car carries my daughter and 2 year old grandson. Apparently ther service center needs some education!! We will take this car an pay to get it fix, so my grand kid and daughter doesnt get stranded!! But I guarentee I am sending a copy of what we had to pay to my lawyer and contacting the better business burea!! Do not purchase any car new or used from watermark Honda!! They take advantage of there customers, specially when it is women!!!

We bought my mom a used car from here and we live 2 hours away and we have had nothing but problems with this car (nobodys fault) and they have went out of their way above and beyond to get this car fixed for her!!!
