Tired of the Bugs!!!

A friend of mine got a car from this company. She had to file a claim on her insurance due to damage done and her insurance company sent her a check with the companys name and hers so she could get it fixed. The guy that owns the company doesnt want to sign off on it so she can get it fixed, but instead is demanding that she get more money. Her insurance company said she could take it whom ever she wanted to to get it fixed. But this car company seems to want to keep the insurance money instead....

Well, my experience wasnt spectacular but I did see some happy people so maybe it just wasnt my day. My biggest issue is they never bothered to follow up on my visit and the salesman constantly worrying about making other sales by disrupting our conversation to chase after other people was a put off to me.

I called over there to give them some info about my insurance and the man said let me stop you rite there and told me id have to call back in 5 minuits and talk to one of our secretaries and hung up on me......,.RUDE.......
