Just bought a brand new sierra in Dec 06. Have had problems since the beginning. The day after I drove it off the lot the tail light fell out and I had to bring it in. At that time, I was told it was a recall. Why they hadnt fixed it BEFORE, Ill never know. But that was only the beginning. I have had problems with the tires, which I was told by the service manager was gmcs faulty tires. They were going to replace all four tires as well as some other parts, but they didnt have the parts in stock. They told me 1-2 weeks. So after a few weeks, I call to check and I am told that they have no record at all of my truck! So, by this point I am living in Mobile and having to drive back and forth for my warranty work. Now, less than 2 1/2 years from driving off the lot, my roof is peeling and beginning to RUST! Now Mandel is telling me that the dealership had painted my truck before selling it to me and therefore my warranty is VOID!!!.

I WAS A STRANGER IN A STRANGE LAND On a stop in Biloxi MS en route to New Orleans and points west, as a New Yorker from Manhattan, who had on other occasions been taken advantage of for having NY license plates in the deep south, (including the $210 fraudulent speeding ticket at the Florida-Alabama border) I discovered that a headlight beam was out on my Chevvy HHR. The local Auto Zone told me that this was beyond their abilities and sent me to the Mandal Auto Group dealer in one town over in Ocean Springs MS. Service Manager Quentin McQueen welcomed me, made me comfortable in a waiting area, got me out in an hour, charged me a fair price, but more significantly treated me with respect. Kudos to them. I would have posted this in March but it has taken me this long to learn how to sign in, create a new password, and write a review..

I get to the dealership and go to test drive a truck and the brakes kept locking up. Truck had sticker on the window as if it had been serviced before being on the lot. I left and came back to see if they would fix the truck. Manger lady told me then the truck was unsafe and not for sale. Then she says $400 dollars and shell fix it. She was very unprofessional and rude. Very poor customer service. Never again

Whoo Hoo, first brand new car and I bought it from Mandals. Beautiful Buick Regal. I cant say enough about Mandals, from the salesman who was patient with me because I had never done this before to the real nice lady in the back who helped with the paperwork. What a great experience.

I generally hate car repair/maintenance shops, but these guys take the time to explain whats going on with my vehicle. They are also knowledgeable about the current GMC recall notifications.
