Hi this is Shalesa Prescott. I have been trying for a year to purchase a car , and they will not sell me a car. The salesman keep taking my information, but no vehicle has not been sold. I do not understand. Why take my information and do not sell me any thing. I never experienced nothing like this my entire life until I walked on carmart parking lot. Whats up with the Salesmen s in Tupelo? I know I meet the qualifications, I say something wrong with them.

They sold me a car that feel apart within a couple of months. Im still paying for it. They are great when they are selling you a car but after that, they treat you like crap. I needed a little help with my payment and shawanna was horribly rude and did not care. I will never buy from them again
