I walked onto the lot with an idea of what I wanted, but being new to Wisconsin from California (i.e. not having driven in winter weather), was a bit unsure as to what I actually needed. Justin really listened to what was looking for in a vehicle and took the time to pick out a few that he thought would suit me best. He was very helpful, informative, patiently answered all of my questions, and made great recommendations. He was able to point me in a better direction than I was going and I ended up with the perfect vehicle for me. I could not be happier! The Auto Haus team made every step easy and pleasant from the minute I walked onto the lot to the minute I drove off, which has never happened to me previously when buying a car. My experience was top notch and I would absolutely recommend working with Justin and the team. Thank you, again, Auto Haus...Now I am going to go drive my car!!!

The chat / instant messaging service is below satisfactory. After the representative asked how she could help me, I had to wait 5 minutes to get an answer from her. Then when she answered, she didnt even address my question. Instead she asked for my phone number so someone else could call me back. Wouldnt I have called if I could, or if I wanted to call? Plus, she was going to charge me $89 just to have my vehicle LOOKED at. Thats a couple oil changes, or an alignment already. Im not paying that much just to have someone give me a quote on how much shocks on the passenger side are going to cost me. Im definitely never going there.

Will definitely do business here again !! Made a very fair deal a few weeks ago over phone with Jeana on an Escalade . I drove a few hours from out of state to pick up a vehicle I had never seen or driven. I could not be more pleased with the vehicle & its condition. Jeana and Brad ( the owner ) were great to deal with & I was in and out in "half the time it takes to buy a cell phone " and was back home by supper time . Thanks again for describing the vehicle accurately and having everything ready for me.
