Its a shame but I had to retract my original excellent review and post this instead. Things have certainly changed. When John Jr. was running the sales office, the cars were always kept clean in the lot, the office was tidy, and most importantly, he kept his word. If there was a problem with a car that had agreed to take care of it was taken care of. John Jr. was a man of his word. I was so sure about Burlington Auto Sales after buying at least 6-8 cars from John Jr. that I told my son how wonderful BAS would be to him. Well, hes gotten nothing but the runaround from John Sr. regarding a problem with the car he bought that John promised to have fixed. the Check Engine light came on within a week of buying the car and John promised if there were any problems with car hed "Take care of it" but its been 2 months and still no repairs. The car wont pass Wisconsin emissions testing with the Check Engine light on so now my son is making payments on a car thats not even legal to drive. Im really disgusted and disappointed in John Prill Senior. The lot looks like hell, the cars are all filthy and his word is completely worthless. Too bad John Jr. isnt still running the place. based on my latest experience with BAS, my advice is to avoid the place. SHAME ON YOU JOHN PRILL!!

Bought a 2007 jeep from John in Burlington ,Wi. we were not told it was in a accident had four previous owners . Engine light came on the next day and we were told he would take care of it John never called to have us bring the jeep in . John told me to take it to my mechanic to have it fixed this was back in September of 2015 . We had it fixed and John has not paid the bill .I call him and he cuts me off and hangs up on me if I call back he will not answer the phone . I would never buy a car from him and I will tell my friends on how he runs a business . JOHN PAY YOUR BILLS .

We just bought our 2012 Ford Escape a few weeks ago and couldnt be happier. It was really nice dealing with Johnny Prill didnt feel pressured at all and he went out of his way to make our buying experience pleasant. I would suggest him to any of my friends. Thanks for everything Johnny!

Johnny Prill treated me very rudely when I called in. He was abrupt and seemed to have better things to do. I felt very disrespected and wouldnt recommend this mans integrity to anyone thinking of buying a car in the Burlington area.
