Wow if i could leave zero stars i would.... WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN?!?! worst "dealership" in the history or dealerships.. You know youre running a crappy business if the employees have to write reviews!!! Gabe!!! Well on jan. 6th 2017 i WOULD have had my 2005 chrysler pacifica for only 6 months a week and a half ago my car caught on fire and i was only two weeks away from exchanging this vehicle.... Fire department said car would have exploded if they hadnt have come on time... Tried to have my vehicle towed to best buy auto since we were so close to the exchange date, manager armando threatened to call police on my parents if they ever tried to step back on the property, they were only trying to help me out with this situation cause they are closer to "dealership" then me.... Armando then stated since car doesnt do anything at all that he would no longer exchange car and help us out, now if youve read this far youre probably wondering why was she exchanging the car? GLAD YOU ASKED, well from the time i bought the vehicle july 6th 2016 ive had NOTHING but problems vehicle has been in and out of what armando called a mechanic which turns out to be the oil change guy from jiffy lube in town fox lake..... Had multiple problems with car since the beginning faulty wireing, abs light has been on since i purchased, catalytic converter, tirerod snapped and they fixed with ducttape broke a week later, everytime i would take off you would hear a huge clunk..... The major problem we had the entire 6 months was that my car burned through quarts of oil in a matter of weeks..... Not just one quart im talking quarts of oil i would have to put at least two quarts in every two-three weeks. Had warranty they put in fine print we only pay for half of costs.... So many more problems with vehicle, the fire was electrical.. Not to mention everytime i would bring my vehicle in he would give me the worst "replacement rentals" ever!!! I had a silver eclipse one time as a rental and it literally leaked gas as you put the gas in...on top of all this they are so unprofessional i cant stand it, every single time you walk in the place its dirty theres spider webs covering the entire front side where you enter the building theres spider webs on the inside of the building. Best part is probably every time me or my parents would walk in that place it smelled like straight weed and you could tell armando would get high before he came into work becauae his eyes were ALWAYS bloodshot, multiple times my mother and father would go in to talk to him and my mom would tell me armando was high out of his mind i could smell it so strong in the place!!! Its like they smoke right there in thw building... Ughhh i could go on and on with this review cause ive been waiting to post this but i guess im trying to steer people away from purchasing a car from this man or his so called businsess so someone doesnt get ripped off as bad as i did, cause now im stuck for another 2 years basically paying for a car im gonna have to junk cause i dont have fullcoverage insurance or stop making payments and let a repossesion go on my credit for seven years! come to find out i only have liability!!!!! WORST WORST WORST SIX MONTHS OF MY LIFE AND AT THE END OF THE DAY I COULDNT BE HAPPIER THAT IM CUTTING TIES WITH THIS CRAPPY CRAPPY BUSINESS...

Description in website syas: "No electrical problems...vehicle has no defects....does not have any door dings....no problems with the engine. Well maintained exterior is extra clean. Extra clean interior.... No signs of collision damage are evident on this vehicle...VERY CLEAN...HAS EVERY OPTION ......" My observation upon arriving at the dealer: Frame rusted through at key load support points behind spring mounts- not safe or legal. Large gaping rust hole in drivers side, wires exposed, floor board has amateurish repair with cheap sheet metal, cracked, broken flares. Door hinges problematic. Does not have every option - has smaller motor and manual transmission. Hardly the vehicle as described. The list goes on. I arrived, and left with $5000 cash in hand, in under ten minutes. Would never buy from here, cannot trust them.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! they lie to you about everything I was looking at a 2006 Nissan Maxima and after I drove it I know it needed work but he keep telling me if you get this car I will fix everything on it for free I told him I wanted to get it in writing but he wouldnt and since everyone else turned me down I went along with it and sure enough after I got the car he did not fix anything on it I gave him a list of problems from pep boys over $1000 of work that needed to be done and all he said is I will give you a check of $30 to get your car fixed as if $30 would fix anything it was bad enough it took over 3 months to get my real plates as my temp plates already expired so instead of going to this place you are better off just going on craigslist and getting a car instead of dealing with them and getting ripped off

They list cars they dont own on their webpage, lie about the availability of the cars, and you will easily wait 10 minutes before being helped just to be told that theyve listed something they *plan* on buying. I was told twice over the phone that the car was there only to arrive and first be told the car had just left, and the second time I made the trip out I was told that the car wasnt actually even something they owned or could sell yet. Id give zero stars but Google doesnt allow it, so the one star should be for the water from the cooler was free, and cold.

Under new ownership!! No more shady garbage!! Purchased a Toyota Camry. Very good price. The manager is willing to work with anyone and fix whatever is needed. The car ended up needing a 4 wheel alignment. Armando told me up front and stated he was going to take care of it. I had my car back that day, cleaned up and ready to go. Very nice, easy-going, upfront and honest. Definitely recommend this place!!

Horrible experience buying a car from these scam artists. Took 4 months to get my plates and had to lie to the finance company on their part because they had told them milage was 20k less then it was. STAY AWAY!!!
