I came into Miller very nervous about purchasing a new vehicle, knowing my credit wasnt the greatest. My salesperson was Sheila John. She was great. I test drove a few vehicles before she suggested one that had just come in she thought I would really like. She was right! I fell in love the minute I drove it. I was still apprehensive about purchasing and said I needed a few days to think about it. She was very understanding and didnt pressure me at all, which I greatly appreciated, as I have purchased vehicles from other dealers previously that relentlessly hound you. I came back a few days later and worked with the finance department, who are also wonderful. It took a bit of work, but they got me right where I needed to be, which I was ecstatic about. Then, after signing paperwork to complete the sale, Sheila stayed(even though it was getting pretty late at that point) to go over the new car with me, ensuring that I knew all about it. Thanks, again for that Sheila! I was given everyones numbers just in case I needed anything, from maintenance to random questions I may have in the future. I would definitely recommend Miller to anyone looking for a great sales/service experience.

My husband and I were not planning on buying a vehicle at Miller Motors. We knew of their family atmosphere but we were not fully understanding of it until we stopped by their location to see what type of vehicles were in the lot. We ran into Kenny Daniels on our first trip and were immediately impressed by the non-pressure and attention he gave to us. My husband and I went home that night and discussed our options. We decided to go back and check out two vehicles in Miller Motors current inventory. We made an appointment with Kenny Daniels and he spent undivided time with us looking at the two vehicles. At no time did we feel pressured. Negotiations were made and we believe both sides left the table with a good deal. After buying the vehicle, Kenny Daniels re-explained all the bells and whistles and escorted us around to meet all Miller Motors staff. Not once, did we feel rushed or neglected. We would again consider Miller Motors in the future and would recommend them to family and friends. THANKS Kenny Daniels and the Miller family!

I knew the vehicle I wanted to purchase, and I knew my budget. Not only was I able to kill my budget, but over the course of a couple weeks the salesman kept in touch with me to update me on offers and incentives before I "pulled the lever." Mr. Travis Harder is a gentlemen and a scholar. I would recommend everyone use him as your salesman, because although he truly cares, he actually goes out of his way to help you. I wanted to purchase a Dodge Challenger R/T and unfortunately the color I wanted, Plum Crazy, was not available because they had run out of the special paint in the past year. Mr Travis had scoured the country for a 2017 R/T in Plum Crazy and could only find two, both of which were out of the way for shipping costs and would largely defeat the purpose. He had me back into the dealership and was able to work EVEN FURTHER in order to reach the price point we were looking for, and I settled on Go Mango as a color. He convinced me I was making the right choice, and in the end I am extremely happy with the choice I made.

July 2017... Well, we said we would be back for our next car and we where. First bought our F-150 in 2015 ( see below). We were back and bought our Pacifica! Thanks to Scott Scott Lindbloom and the entire staff at Miller! The experience was just as good as the first time. Well be back for our next vehicle :-) From 2015 buying our new truck... The experience at Miller Motors, start to finish was by far above and beyond my expectation. The entire staff here really does set the bar for customer service. We took delivery of our new 2015 Ford F-150 last night and are delighted. Steve was wonderful throughout process and tirelessly answered my questions, ranging from options, to dealer trades, to trade in, to rebates…you name it. Everyone at Miller works hard for the customer and it shows - never pushy, always friendly, helpful, and courteous. I really do feel this family owned dealership treated me as family. I recommend them without any reservation at all. I’ll be back at Miller for my next car. THANKS!

Ive bought several new Rangers and F150 trucks over the years as I simply believe theyre a good truck. Although I really didnt need a new truck, (my 2012 had just turned a mere 23,000 miles), the more I looked at the 2015 the more I wanted one. My first stop would obviously be Miller Motors, and in this case the only stop, as I believe in buying local whenever possible. I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from someone who I feel is "pressuring" me....NEVER!! From Ron my salesman, to Rex and Bob it was a pleasure to work with all of them. Ron answered all my questions without making me feel like Im being hurried or pressured in any way. And he made it very clear if I had any questions at a later date to feel free to stop in and ask giving me his work schedule, I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from this dealership at some point down the road. And just for the record..............I LOVE THE TRUCK!!!! Good buying experience all around and only four miles from my house makes it nice.

I went in right away @ 8:00 am when they opened. More like 8:20 after the kids went to school & I walked in told a man named Travis Harder exactly what I was looking for. I had 4 things I wanted & he got me 3/4 not bad. Lol. He was very friendly & very knowledgeable about everything. He picked out 2 cars & knew I wanted the cheaper the better but also knew that spending a tad bit more between the 2 like $1,000-2,000 difference that Id be happier. He was right! I test drove my car & fell in love right away. Although I did tell him Im pretty sure that anything he showed me I would love coming from a 1998 Buick falling apart. This was my 1st car purchase EVER & Im 30 years old. I was very very happy with my service & out of there in 2 hours keys in hand. I would recommend Miller motors & Travis to anyone looking for a car. He did a fantastic job & I dont have one bad thing to say. 5 stars for me! Thanks again Travis I really appreciate it! If youre like me and reading online reviews to figure out where to buy your next car, youve found that place. After a negative experience at another dealer, I went to Miller Motors and I wished I wouldve just gone here first and saved myself all the time and frustration. You WANT to do your business here. Ken Daniels was my sales person and was fantastic to work with. He was able to find and get me the exact car I wanted at the price I wanted without any of the hassle, hidden fees, or tricks you see at other dealerships. Even the finance guy, Bob Haisler, was extremely helpful in giving me all the information I wanted, and wasnt even pushy or overselling on all of the extra warranties/insurances/whatevers that are shoved down your throat at other dealerships. Seriously, stop looking and go here. Its the easiest car buying experience you can have.
