I couldn’t be happier with the treatment that I received from both Mark Garaffa (Sales Consultant) & Ryan W. Sitter (Finance Manager). On 12-22-2015 my fiancée and I came in looking to test drive the Chevrolet Spark. We were originally planning on purchasing a nicer higher quality vehicle (like a Ford Fusion or Chevrolet Malibu) and I was going to be taking over my fiancée’s current vehicle (2004 Ford Focus SE) which already had about 150k miles on it. We had been to Rod Baker Ford dealership (across the street from Webb Chevrolet) and looked at a new Focus SE. They told us that due to our recent bankruptcy and not having a lot of time of current good credit in rotation that their finance company only felt comfortable financing us on a new car (not used) and we had to come up with a 15% down payment to get just one car. When we inquired on why a new car they explained that their financing company they use felt that they would be able to have a better chance getting their money back on a new vehicle vs a used vehicle if we defaulted on our loans and that they would only finance 85% of the cost of a new vehicle. I told them that I could get the money for them when we both get paid next (the following Friday) and they told us that it wasn’t good enough due to us being in a position to borrow money on credit between now and then to fulfill their down payment. So they encouraged us to borrow money from family members, in fact, they sort of harassed us over that issue. They kept telling us to ask our parents or someone for money. So a few weeks later, we went to Webb Chevy to try the Spark, thinking we could get that car sooner since it was nearly half the price of the Focus. We thought we might be able to come back in a few months with a down payment similar to the 15% at Rod Baker and get two new cars and not have to worry about things breaking on the old car. At Webb Chevy, Mark was extremely nice and helpful. He asked about our previous experience and told us that they get a LOT of people who were denied at Rod Baker. He let us go on the test drive by ourselves so we could talk to each other honestly about what we thought about the car. When they ran the application, they didn’t shotgun it out (send it to multiple banks at once) but did the Chevy financing…. And got us approved! They used the old Focus as a trade in towards one car (not that it was worth much!) and the other car had no down payment. Each car payment was under $300. While they prepped the cars and such, finance manager Ryan Sitter found us a bank that gave us a much lower interest rate and was able to set us up for the Platinum car warranty – basically EVERYTHING is covered for 5 years if we bring it to a Chevy dealership. The amount of the loan didn’t change, but he made the money we were paying work for us, instead of the bank. So when we went to Webb Chevrolet of Plainfield after what I like to call the Rod Baker Ford experience, not only did we think the Sparks would be a good fit for the both of us after test driving them, but we walked out with 2 new cars! Webb Chevrolet worked with us since we just wanted two new reliable vehicles and made it happen for us! I highly recommend them and using Mark Garaffa and Ryan Sitter. Sincerely, John Bafia

If i could give Webb Chevy in oak lawn and Plainfield 0 stars thats what it will be. After being contacted for my experiance all i can say is that instead of making things right it made them worse. I Traveled out of my way to go to your other location in Plainfield and dealt with just as bad customer service as i did in Oak Lawn. That experience changed my wifes mind of trading in our 2010 Chevy Traverse for a new 2016 white Traverse she loved in your show room giving you a SECOND CHANCE AT A NEW LOCATION. Lost a customer for life and a sale. Thank you for getting in contact with me about my issue and trying to resolve it Webb Chevy but it again your employees only made it worst. I think the best investment at this moment is to train these rude people you employ!! (2nd Review) Webb Chevy has a referral credit that they advertise when a previous customer refers someone to the dealership they are to give $100 referral credit to the customer. When my wife an i purchased our truck we made sure we let the sales guy know that Jessica our friend had referred us so that she can get $100 credit. John Demore assured us it will be taken care of and also the rude sales guy. it has been six months and still no credit has been given. I have called many times and all i keep getting is the run around. They keep dodging my calls they do not call back left many messages and nothing spoke to john Puppa and he mentioned to me the check will be in the cashiers office to be picked up when my friend Jessica wasted her time and gas to go pick up the check there was nothing there. i have call records of how many times i have called i have wasted hours trying to get this issue resolved. they are a bunch of scam artist and do not fallow through with what they advertise the referral credit is a big scam all i want is my friend to get her credit and for me never to contact that dealership again it has been the worst experience even our sales guy was a complete jerk and disrespectful to my wife was a liar and a smart ass his name is BRIAN. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE they are all a bunch of liars worst customer service ever not only that but they have the worst service departmemt ever. (1st Review)

we were there for 6 YES 6 hours trying to buy my car, never even offered a drink or snack for my 6 yr old daughter or us. sales manager was the most rudest person in this whole experience, we walked out due to his behavior with out the car. Sales person Andy followed us out as we were leaving asking what can he do to help. we told him nothing less than his manager to come out and apologize to my wife for his rudeness. Jason did come out to my car with Gary and Andy and did apologize for his behavior. if it wasnt for the love of my wife i would have left but seeing her face with that car is what made me do the deal, thats the only reason why. i told Andy there are alot of dealers willing to sell a car in a professional manner and i dont need this Bs in front of my family, especially after 6 hours. your management team and i agreed on a out the door price but when Jason did paperwork the price was higher and he had no reason to why but and even took the papers and threw them in the trash in front of us saying take it or leave it, thats when after 6 hrs we walked out only to be followed out. Jason, after apologizing to my wife for his rudeness asked her what it would take, her response "the deal we had". Jason agreed and we went back in and bought the car. I will not recommend anyone to Webb chevy nor will i be a repeat customer. we returned to pick up our car when it was finished 6 days later and no one even said hi to us. NO ONE except Sandra who kept in touch with me and at least acknowledged we were human thru the whole thing. Sandra was great and we thank her, but for the rest, never again. the kicker, we bought a new 2014 Buick from darcy motors by the mall in Novemeber, they took us out personally to lunch at cemenos pizza. your dealership doesnt even offer water to children. ""BEWARE"" horrible management that dont care about you.
