02-14-2014 I have to pass on the wonderful experience I had purchasing my new Ford Flex from Zimmerman Ford. From the care I received from Karen in internet sales, to her hand off to Bill Wackerlin in sales, there was no pressure to buy, but rather giving me many options toward purchasing the vehicle. The whole process took less than 2 hours, with explaining the car, evaluating my trade in, and coming in with a sales number. With some negotiating on the trade in value, I was treated fairly and courteously. No games just straight on business. Chris in the finance department was a gem, and quickly got the paperwork completed for the final signatures in less than 30 minutes. Again, I was treated with respect, and everything was explained completely. I couldnt be more pleased with Zimmerman Ford, as the whole process was handled in a business like way, and Bills follow up after the sale was great, and he invited me back any time to cover anything on the operation of the vehicles electronics, and to understand the workings of the vehicle. From the knowledgeable internet chat lady (Karen) to our salesman, Joey. Answered every question we had, knew the vehicle history, was professional, explained every feature before we even decided to purchase the car. My husband and I never felt pressured, worked wth us and we negotiated a very good deal on a beautilful , fully equipped vehicle of our dreams. We have only owned Fords and will always buy a Ford. I would say we even had fun buying this car and we love it! If you want the same experience we had, please go to Zimmerman Ford. You will not be disappointed. Best customer experience!!! No, we do not work for Ford, honest, we are just appreciative of this car buying experience.

If I could post negative stars regarding their service department would. If you have a heavy truck (f350+), avoid these guys like the plague. Took our bucket truck in there for a small electrical problem to have looked at. While there they said it needed front and rear brakes because they were getting low. I agreed and let them do it. 3rd phone call, now it needs rear rotors, 4th phone call now it needs front rotors. All said and done, Ford Motor company is now involved and with a fleet of over 100 F450 bucket trucks, I have NEVER replaced rotors at 50,000 miles. they brought me in on a fair price at the beginning and then tried to gouge a fleet customer. I hope they treat their retail customers much better.

Great car buying experience. Pat and Evan were super friendly and not pushy at all, so I ended up buying a used Ford Edge from them. A couple of days later I realized that there was a problem with the back seat not reclining properly, so I made a phone call and they told me to bring it in the following day. The service department (also exceptionally friendly) fixed it no charge, no questions asked, even though it was out of warranty and needed a cable that wasnt available until the next day, which required them to get me a rental car from Hertz for the night. I would definitely recommend Zimmerman Ford to anyone that is looking for a friendly no hassle car buying experience.

These guys were great! We ended up using two different salesman through our process because the first one had to leave for military training for a couple weeks but both of them were so nice and helpful! The price of our vehicle was right on target with KBB and they were very helpful and straightforward with pricing and payments for us. They let us test drive our car and then talk it over for a couple more days and they held the car for us during that time. Incredibly nice staff and both showrooms were clean and well organized. Would highly recommend checking them out for your next car purchase!

I started my day intending to purchase a completely different vehicle. Due to some unexpected hiccups with the financing - that truck fell through. However, thanks to Joe Krol and the staff at Zimmermans Used Car group - I walked out with a better deal that first anticipated. This purchase was for my daughter who is a student in Mississippi - I needed something that was dependable and could hold up to the rigor of transporting equestrian equipment all over the southeast - the 2003 Ranger Joe helped us find met that need and much more!

When I walked in, I wasnt treated kindly. I wasnt offered a handshake, a smile. I wasnt even offered a place to sit down. I visited 4 dealerships today and they offered the worst price and stated they werent even willing to negotiate. Perhaps they arent interested in serving the interests of people if they dont look like they have money. Or perhaps that sales associate just had a bad day? :( The last words the sales associated stated was " What are you trying to accomplish?" ...uh buy a car at a descent price?

I was looking for first car for my daughter, saw on Honda Civic on their website and spoke to Karen Lucas on the phone. When I came into the dealership about a week later Karen knew who I was and why I was there, which was refreshing. Other dealerships Ive been to cant seem to remember my name after 5 minutes. I test drove the car and made an offer, after a little back and forth is was a done deal. Paperwork was ready quickly and I was driving out in the Civic in record time. Very pleased with the experience.

Initially, Herb in the Service dept was extremely condensing & shook his head towards me in disbelief . Called me "lady dont u understand ur extended warranty, & jumped to the subject of "this is what I do with my Escape tires, . Obviously, I was confused & misled . Luckily, Greg came to the rescue. He was professional, concise & very pleasant to talk. Greg is truly a calm & patient person & truly has excellent customers service skills. in

Awesome experience! I do not live in the area and all of a sudden I was having issues with my car I called and Rebecca told me to come right in to see the issue even though the service department was closed. I came right over and they took care of me right away and resolved my issue the best they could for what could be done. I would definitely come here again if I was in the area for any needs!

was told about incentives by mike (he contacted me after I requested information about a new escape on their website). when I went to test drive and ultimately buy the escape I drove, Mike said he never told me about these incentives, making me seem like a liar. when I asked to speak to him he was busy with other customers. I wont buy from Zimmerman because of this

Great service! Even though I didnt end up purchasing from here I had all of questions answered and was able to test drive several vehicles. Bill who worked with me understood my situation and made every effort to find what was best for me instead of being a pushy salesman like other dealers.
