I am very disappointed with the Tahoe I received. I purchased a 1996 2dr Tahoe, my dream truck from them on 8/14/15 for $7,000. I had been searching for one for the several months before I purchased this one. I was unable to look at the truck in person as I live in South Florida but I trusted Kevin and asked him if the Tahoe had ever been painted. He gave an answer stating he “wasn’t really a car guy, so it’s hard to tell”. Upon receiving the Tahoe it took 30 seconds to tell that it had been painted recently. His Linkedin profile states that he was employed at Willowbrook Ford for 6year prior to his 2 years working at Premiere Motorsports. To me 8 years working as a car salesman makes you a “car guy”. During sales negotiations I asked Kevin if this truck had any rust underneath of the vehicle. This is where I should have turned and ran. He stated that he climbed underneath and that he only saw “a little surface rust”. Several days after I received the Tahoe I went to lower the tailgate. Much to my surprise the hinge on the left side was almost completely rusted out. This looks like shortly it will fall of completely, I am afraid to open the tailgate and put any more stress on the hinge area. I started investigating closer. The lower sides of both front doors had been attempted to have rust spots repaired and painted over. The kick panel under the door appeared to have been replaced during this time. The rear bumper had been replaced. The paint had started to bubble on the bottom of the passenger side door. I had a local body shop repair the tailgate hinge. It cost $550 to cut out and reweld. Immediately I took pictures and emailed Kevin on 8/31/15. He stated the owner was out of town and that he would forward emails and pictures. Since that day I have heard nothing in response to my email concerning the rust. I have called and left 3+ voicemails and have texted Kevin multiple times asking for the contact info of the Owner. He would only tell me to email the owner. He has still not responded as of 1/25/16. During negotiations I asked Kevin if the AC worked, he stated that it was very cold. Upon receiving the Tahoe the AC only blew hot air from the vents. I contacted Kevin and he stated, “it was working when it left the shop”. This cost a $107.00 to fix which I was required to pay. They did finally mail a check for $140 and this was the last I have ever heard from them. I am now replacing the ac compressor. 1/25/16. I was quoted a price of $700 dollars before I purchased the Tahoe to have it delivered to my house for $700. After I purchased the Tahoe I was informed I would have to drive 3 hrs to Homestead in order to pick it up. With all of this in mind, I realize that it is a used vehicle but I specifically asked if it had been repainted, had rust issues and if the AC worked. All were major decision making points that I was I feel I was misled and am let down that this company will not do anything to make it right. I hope you have a better experience with them than I did.

My wife Katrina and I had our car totaled out a few weeks ago. Not happy about it because we had just paid it off 6 days before and thanks to our Father God, nobody was injured. We searched for weeks to find something else and was having no luck. Until we found Premiere Motor Sports online and found the perfect car for our family. Since we were 100+ miles away, we had to do everything over the phone. Chris was absolutely wonderful and stayed in constant contact with us. We bought a Mercedes from him and he had all of the information available to us and left nothing out. When we picked up the car yesterday, the car was everything Chris said it was and sold it to us for the price he said. Our family members love this car and are now thinking about buying again. We told them about Chris and how awesome he was throughout the whole process. When we are ready again, we will definitely be contacting Chris! Thank you Chris! Very much appreciated good sir!

I found Premiere on ebay. I live in Indiana and i didnt want to deal with the headache of the usual car buying experience.. I had a pre approved credit line so I bidded on the car on ebay ,came to a price i wanted to pay, I got a 2008 BMW 335i, so i drove down to premiere.. When i got there Chris actually got me a better loan at a better interest rate That i was already approved for..(saved me $2800 in interest).. I have bought a couple dozen of vehicles threw my years THIS WAS THE BEST experience I EVER had.. Great People there and i highly recommend.. And trust me my recommendations DO NOT come easy.. They have a GREAT taste in vehicles they sell, They dont deal with the JUNK.. When Im ready for another car I will definitely check with them first.. O ya they will also give you a car fax for any car they sell,, Trust me GO THERE you will not be sorry..

I first originally walked in and was greeted but was left space to browse without being hovered and pushed into buying something. I found this 2007 BMW 335i and its was just stunning and when I asked if i can have the car inspected by a mechanic since it was the first car Ive ever financed and he had no problem. I set up a date and time and they drove the car to the shop I requested.The car was in mint condition. Chris then had showed me all the work hes done and talked me through pricing financing and where my money will be going. I felt very comfortable and loved the experience. Highly recommend this dealer for any and all people looking to buy a car.

These guys are the BEST. Great Place, Theres not enough stars to rate them. Drove from Rochester NY to Chicago to pick up a beautiful E class. GREAT PRICES. Car is Mint and running strong. The experience was simple and easy. We did mostly everything over the phone. When I got there it was a quick test drive and out the door. Will Definitely be doing business with them again. Thank you Guys!!
