NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!! I walked into Pat Peck Nissan, having already been financed with another company, and was there a total of around 8 hours looking to purchase a vehicle. It was discussed extensively that I did NOT want my credit run because I was already financed and would be moving soon so I did not need my credit run multiple times. My salesman, Kevin Benson, advised that perhaps Nissan could get me a better interest rate, and after the first loan, every additional loan would automatically be an interest rate of 2.9%. I agreed to have my credit run ONLY through Nissan and he agreed. I have, to date, received over 12 letters in the mail from where my credit was sent to multiple different companies for financing. I am still receiving letters and when I spoke with them about this, they did inform me that this was a breakdown in communication on their part but there was nothing they could do. Secondly, I was promised a second key fro my pre owned vehicle. I arrived the first time to get the key and was told the key was not in stock. I came back a second time, the key I was given did not work. A third time, I finally received a key that worked but it took 3 one hour trips to get it so for this, they did offer a tank of gas at their expense. The hammer fell on this deal when on December 2, I was notified that my car payment was late for my trade in. The Chevy Malibu I traded in on November 1 had still not been paid for as of December 2nd. For this, they offered the explanation that they had the wrong address. However, I provided them with the correct address and the check that was sent was not the correct amount so the car has still not been paid for as of today. If I had not already had an awful experience with this dealership, the day I requested to speak with the owner, or someone in charge would prove to be the worst of it all. I had the esteemed displeasure of speaking with the General Manager Guy Mcree, who was unbelievably rude, obnoxious, and the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. He refused to let me speak to anyone other than himself, stating that he had been with the company over 15 years and was more than capable of handling this situation. After about a half hour conversation of getting no where with Guy, I let him know that I would be reporting him to the BBB. He then offered to make my first car payment for me. I thought that was a good start so I agreed and we ended the call on that note....fast forward to today. I have yet to receive the check for my first payment (my payment was due on 12/6/14 so I paid it), my trade in vehicle has STILL not been paid off and as of this morning and when I spoke with Vicki, the financing manager, she informed me that these checks had not even been sent out yet. I have requested that the dealership let me bring the vehicle back and cut all ties with them and was told this morning that Guy said he is not willing to do that. Of course I am not surprised by this at all since he is not really willing to do anything- even what he says he will do. What started as a potentially great experience, has ended with an absolute disgust for this dealership and the car I purchased in general. I will never go to this dealership again, and it is not even because of the multiple breakdowns that occurred. It is more directly to do with the horrible treatment I received from the so called General Manager and his unwillingness to do anything or even accept responsibility for the breakdowns until he found out I was reporting him. Pat Peck Nissan needs to find themselves a new GM. My salesman Kevin was at least nice, even if he made a few mistakes, that GM is a douche.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with Nissan! I have been given the run around on absolutely everything from this service department. They never answer the phone or return my calls after leaving a voicemail and failed to let me know that my car still wasnt fixed after I had made arrangements to go pick it up. I had to inconvenience a friend and make arrangements to get there and after arriving and waiting for several minutes for them to figure out why my keys wasnt in the done pile, they informed me that something else came up and that it still wasnt running right. I was told two days before this that the car would be ready that day and told them I was going to be there that morning to pick it up, so I was pretty upset when none of them thought it was important enough to call me and let me know that it wouldnt be ready and save me a trip down there. I made my friend late for work because she had to turn around and pick me back up! To top it off when I voiced my complaints, and yes I was being snarky to the guy because I was very ill at this point, he raised his voice and snapped back at me and went on a rant saying how I could take my car somewhere else but that they were the best and they do things right. Im sorry but there is no way that you can keep a car for over a week and still not have it fixed and call yourself the best! This guy even claimed to be the assistant manager of the department and he talked to me like I was an inconvenient little girl that had no right questioning him. Never have I been talked to like that and Im A sever for goodness sake, I deal with rude people daily! And Im sorry but after being told that the parts for my car was only 150$ and I was told it was going to be 800$ Before the "new" things came up, I felt like I had a right to question some things! There aint no telling what Im going to be charged now! I have taken my car to the Nissan in Boaz Alabama before and had a wonderful experience with them but Unfortunately for me I moved to Mobile. I will make sure that everyone knows how I have been treated, charged, and how long it has taken for these so called "best" services. Never again Nissan of Mobile! I will be taking my business elsewhere for the rest of my days no matter how far I have to go to do it. Oh and by the way, I still dont have my car.

Wow what a great experience!! I have been looking for a new SUV/ crossover for several weeks. I wanted to buy local but it seem as though no one wanted to sell a car, no really they did not! Not until I went to Nissan of Mobile. When I first arrived at the dealership everyone was so nice, smiling at us. I really mean each and every person that walked by the office of Bobby Mitchell smiled at us some of them came in the office and asked if we needed anything. We also met the girls that answered the phone, very friendly and happy . We soon became a part of their family. It seemed to me that each and every person we met at this dealership were happy to be at work and you can see that. I knew what I was looking for and Bobby was amazing making sure I got what I wanted, unlike some of the other places. Craig took care of getting me some insurance, very funny guy. Mary Ann was wonderful explaining all of the extra protection plans I might need or want for my new Murano. This dealership works as a team or should I say a family to take care of all of your needs. One of the guys, I cannot remember his name(sorry) worked with Bobby setting up my bluetooth while Bobby talked to me and my daughter about everything my new Murano can do. I will not only buy from Bobby Mitchell again but I will also do all of my service at this dealership!! I went from Pascagoula, Biloxi, Gulfport, Slidell, Covington, Harvey and New Orleans so when I say you need to shop here you really need to and please ask for Bobby Mitchell he is great!!!!! See ya soon Bobby and family and thanks again for the wonderful service. :)
