Will recommend to friends and family I met with Aaron Olson on 4/19/14 and purchased a 2011 Ford Fiesta hatchback with very low miles. My trade was a 2000 Isuzu Rodeo with low miles. Mr. Olson worked with me for 4 hours to get the right price that would meet my monthly payment requirement, as my credit was not stellar. At no time was I pressured to purchase a specific car, or any expensive extras. All my questions (and there were many) were answered promptly and correctly. Before going to the dealership I had researched the values of the Fiesta and my Rodeo, and I feel I was given a good price for the Fiesta and a very fair trade in for my Rodeo. The lady who processed my finance information was very thorough and again, did not pressure me to buy extra warranties, etc. Mr. Olson is currently training a soon to be new salesman named Joe, who knew the Fiesta thoroughly and took his time showing me all the features of the car and how to operate them. In short, I have never recommended a car dealership or salesman before as my experiences have always been negative. Kunes Cpuntry Ford obviously cares about their reputation in the community. Even though I was not a wealthy customer or someone with a lot of cash, I was treated extremely well. I will recommend Kunes Country Ford, Aaron Olson and Joe to all my family and friends.

This has been one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with, Jon Castleman was my salesman who was great, he would always call me back in a timely fashion and was very upfront and honest about everything, I know because I did alot of research on the car and talked to about 15 other dealerships who wanted to sell a car but did nothing to sell me the car. I then came across Kunes Country Ford online and called about a car I was looking for and Jon Castleman located the car brought it in for me and did anything he could to make me happy about buying my first new car. The finance guys were fantastic, honest and caring about getting you the best price and financing you can get. The point is this dealership cares about what you want and actually work for you not against you I recommend this dealership to anyone who wants the best deals with a no hassle experience, I was very weary about buying a new car but Kunes Country Ford made this the easiest, smoothest buying experience I have ever had. Thank you John Castleman you were the best salesman I have ever dealt with in the car industry thank you for a great memory and thank you all at Kune Country Ford. Go see or call and ask for Jon Castleman it will be the best car buying experience you will have.

Steve Zradicka -I have to say I was not seriously looking to purchase a new truck . However I saw a social media post regarding some incentives and end of season discounts for the model year. I called and spoke to the sales person (Steve Zradicka) and after a brief conversation regarding trade-ins and preliminary numbers, I decided to drive in and check it out. Not only was I impressed with the vehicle, but the overall no BS interaction with my sales person. I was upfront about my time availablity and I was not pressured to stay any longer. The best part was not only were the numbers exactly were they were quoted, but they actually brought in a nicer truck for me (due to a last minute color change on my request). The overall transaction was much easier than I recall from my last purchase, and was out the door from start to finish in less than 3 hours. I highly recommend Mr Zradicka for any vehicle needs and can not speak highly enough about the ease of transaction. A few days later I got a follow up call not only from him, but the service coordinator making sure everything was set. Steve Zradicka is an old school straight shooting, no non-sense asset to the organization here.

The buying experience is great because they want you to buy from them. The sales guy was OK. The finance guy again OK. Small pressure to bundle up crap you dont want to get what you do at the signing but hey thats part of the scheme. Love the new car I purchased but the after customer service I feel is severely lacking. Personally working in a sales/customer service for a living I might be a harsh critic, however the lack or knowledge and communication is so poor for such a small facility. Purchased the clear coat protector called about and issue with paint transfer the person at the dealer level that scheduled an appointment for me said sure no problem mentioned a few other issues minor. Take it in only to be told nothings wrong. Ask about the paint transfer they then inform me I need to contact the clear coat company. Fine but this could have been already told to me before I made the appointment dropped off my car and had to use a loaner. Thoroughly disappointed in the after purchase customer service. I dont expect it to be the same level as at the sale but seriously do you ever want repeat business you better step it up.

Horrible dealership. Owners bro-in-law (John) sold me a truck with bad injectors and said it was a glow plug issue. Their was a recall from GM about it. Instead of fixing the problem they just tried to mask it to sell. After spending thousands in repairs and not even putting 1,500 miles on the truck I went to them to ask them for some help in either fixing the truck at a reduced rate or trade me out of it as I could not keep it on the road. The chochi GM who is the owners son pretty much told to go p*ss up a rope. I sent emails to the owner(Greg) and his second in command(Dennis) that were not replied to. I cant understand how people can do business like this. John is shady and a over confident Bro-in-law who feels very secure in his position. I will never EVER do business with them again and I urge you all not to also. Since my last visit I would like them to know I just purchased 4 brand new vehicles 2 Chevy 3500s, 1 Ford F350, and a mustang for my wife. I hope you go out of business you shouldnt represent Ford or GM. They didnt even try to work it out or make it right.

I found a car on their lot and first contacted one of their sales associates. After going back and forth I arranged for a test drive. Since I live 3 hours away, I was told to call the Saturday I was coming. First, the person I was told to contact hung up on me, I called him back (thinking it was my cell phone), the receptionist sent me to another sales associate with the same name as the one I was looking for. This person said he would direct me to the right person, instead he hung up on me. So I finally gave up for that weekend, the following week the original sales associate called me and we again arranged for a meeting that coming Saturday. I called him Thursday to confirm that the car was still available and that I was coming in the morning, since I was driving 3 hours. Saturday comes, I am 5 mins away and I get a call saying that the car was sold yesterday. The complete disrespect for their customers makes me never want buy a car from them!
