ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!! BEYOND AMAZING SERVICE, EMPATHY AND PATIENCE. NOT TO MENTION A GREAT SELECTION. RAY, BO, GINO, BUTCH EVERYONE WHO WORKS HERE IS TERRIFIC AND TRULY ARE WONDERFUL PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I went here with the mind set that buying a car from anyone other than a dealer was garbage. They completely blew me away. I will NEVER go to a dealer again. They were patient, straight forward and handled everything I threw at them with grace and professionalism. I am a truly picky girl, and I knew with my bad credit buying a new car would be difficult and going here I had no issues at all. I was treated with respect and like any other buyer who might even be more qualified than me. They made sure that they had the right car that I was BEYOND pleased with and even made sure it was washed and ready for me after work. I left feeling like family. It was the best car buying experience EVER. They are all wonderful and I left with a BEAUTIFUL 2013 Nissan that I love. No issues and I am confident that I will come back. They have gained a loyal and lifelong customer in me.

Bought a car from them back in July of 13 and oh the car works great. Yes it used but you get some that just have probles with them. I had bought a SUV in Dec of 12 from a Dealer in the Rockford area. With in the first three months I had major problems with it and that dealer would not flop it out like they had told me over th phone needless to say a few moths after that the trans was almost gone. My husband had got a letter in the mail from these guys and we made the trip from Rockford to see what they had and we walked away with a second Impala and have never had a problem with it!! Well were going back this we to trade in our older Impala we have to go get a car that will save my husband on gas!!! This is one place I know I will always go to for my cars from now on!!!

I was recommended to Motor world to meet my car needs. Busch helped me pick out a nice car. He was nice, friendly, and did not pressure me. I had to come back and update my review because of a misunderstanding, that Ray the owner was quick to resolve. These guys are nice, honest, friendly, and showed me that they stick behind their word. I will recommend Motor world to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Pretty laid back, easy going guys, who will do all they can to get you into a vehicle. I am a satisfied customer. Also the coffee is amazing. If you are waiting, ask for a cup.

Having just bought two autos form Motor Word a 2014 and 2012 We can say we have found a dealer that we will come back to for years to come. From the first phone call with Joe who took our information and had us approved in the same day to the entire buying process with Al and Ed. Both autos were the price we needed as well as the monthly payments. Yes we had credit issues but treated with respect and were advised of everything.
