I purchased a pre-owned Ford Explorer a couple years ago from Parker Ford. Test drove it and it drove fine, no problems. Two days later (after purchasing) I noticed that when shifting out of park or after coming to a complete stop, the vehicle would shift into neutral. I didnt think much of it at first, but then it became more and more problematic, especially if I was on a hill. If I gave the gas pedal a good rev, then it would shift into gear. I know that I purchased this pre-owned SUV without a warranty, so its my "tough luck" but what bothers me the most is that the pre-owned car salesman had been driving this same Explorer around for several days before I purchased it. (I know this because when I paid for it, he had to get all his cigars & stuff out of it and told me he had been driving it for a few days) So, he would have known the about the problem but didnt feel the need to mention it to me once I handed him the cash. (Also, he was very upset at the cash price that I offered and was visibly disgusted by it even though it was a fair value for the vehicle and then stomped across the street to get the offer approved, which it was) I feel that he was dishonest by withholding information about the vehicle and now I have had major transmission problems since then. I believe Parker Ford is a good place to buy a NEW vehicle, but I feel like this one particular used lot salesman took advantage of my eagerness to purchase and pay cash for it right away. My advice is to be careful about the used vehicles that are for sale at Parker Ford that are without warranty.

My family started doing buisness with Parker Ford this last November. We had looked and looked and looked, finally sat down with David Parker and Joe and was asked where we had to be to make it all work. Normally that means get ready the bad news is coming. ( every dealership i have used before) but I explained what I wanted for my trade, what i was willing to give for the vehicle we were looking at , and the payment amount we had to be under, I told my wife when we left the lot ( well see, I felt i made a very tight offer to them, didnt think they would do it) recieved my call, they hit all the marks and was even under the mark on the payment. They have continued to be people that stand by their word ( something you dont see much of now days ) Since this we have had our company vehicles serviced and worked on by their service dept, and also helped our son trade the first of the year as well. I hate to sound as a cheerleader by any means but these folks deserve it! As one person on here said they treat you as family,, thats an understatement, THEY HAVE MADE US FEEL LIKE FAMILY thanks so much for your friendship, service and way of conducting business.. Couldnt have been better! I was searching the internet for a used truck in the Murray and Paducah areas when I came across a few Ford F-150s that met all of my requirements. I contacted the dealership through their website and boy was Nick Cook prompt! He worked with me over the phone and via email through every step of the process (I was moving from NYC back to the south). Once I had finished my move we scheduled an appointment to come and see the trucks. He had all three cleaned and ready for me to see and test drive. Nick focused all of his attention on our business when I was present which is a great thing in my book. After I decided on which truck I wanted, Nick saw to it that all of my concerns were addressed and everything on the truck was taken care of and cleaned to my standards. Nick sent me regular updates on the progress of the truck and what was being done to it! This was hands down my best experience buying a car to date. I will definitely be returning to Parker Ford when it comes time for my next vehicle purchase.

I had a leaking rear transmission seal and set up appt. To have Truck inspected. After verifying they had to order seal. 2 days later the shop supervisor called saying seal was in and I set up appt. Later that day. I was a bit early and mechanics were in lunch break. The supervisor told me they would get on repair asap so I figured I would have a 3 or 4 hour wait. 30 minutes later the supervisor came in and said you are ready to go, I thought she must have the wrong person but to my surprise she was correct. This is not first time my wife and I have had work done there but this is my first review. Everyone who works in the maintenance area seem to be very consciousness and proud with their work and this makes a very good climate to get work done efficient and correct. The best thing I crawled under my truck before writing this review and saw no sign of leak. Great Job, very satisfied.

Thank you, Parker Ford Service Department for coming to my rescue, on the side of the road in Mayfield last week. I thought I was calling the dealership where I purchased my 2016 MKX. Instead I mistakenly called Parker Ford @ 4:45 on a Tuesday afternoon. They didnt argue with me, when I insisted that I had just purchased the vehicle from them in January....instead the nicest wrecker attendant brought me a loaner car and hauled off my vehicle, telling me not to worry. I had my MKX back the next afternoon, with the faulty part replaced. I have to brag on everyone I dealt with, whether in person over on the phone. Parker Ford Lincoln Inc. is a CLASS ACT!! Thank you!!!

On April 28, 2012 my wife and I bought a 2005 Lincoln town car from Parker Ford Lincoln. The salesman was Pem Foster a wonderful person. I called him from my town and told him we would be coming down to his Dealership he said he would wait this was a Saturday. It took us 3 hrs to get there he treated us super very friendly. There service dept. was closed There was a lock cap missing and a arm rest button was broke so Parker Ford Lincoln said they would send us a check for the amount of the parts. Dave the owner is also a man of his word. so when I buy my next vehicle I will go back to Parker Ford Lincoln. GOOD JOB PARKER FORD LINCOLN WHAT A WONDERFUL COMPANY

We have dealt with Parker Ford for 15 years, and cant say enough good about this dealership. Whether repairing damage from a wreck, helping us find the type vehicle we are interested in, routine maintenance service, or purchasing a new vehicle, Parker Ford is "the greatest". We now live in the Phoenix area, but are back here for a few months, and were having Parker Ford search for another vehicle for us!!! Jennifer in Service is excellent. Everyone there is professional, courteous, and very customer oriented. David Parker has often taken our vehicle and had it washed and vacuumed himself! Great people make a great dealership!!
