My Expedition went South quick. I bought a 2010 Ford Expedition EXT Eddie Bauer edition and loved it...feeling I paid what it was worth. I had just taken in 4 foster kids, making us a family of 7 and needed a LOT of vehicle...it was perfect. Then the dang thing broke down on me. We called the dealership and they fixed a radiator hose/coupling and gave us a loner car (though it didnt seat 7). Then it broke down again the day we got it back! This time it left me stranded and unable to get my kids from daycare. I called my husband and, luckily, he was able to retrieve the kids. He found that the coolant leak had caused a buildup on the battery, cleaned it off, jump started it and got it to the dealer...again. They replaced the battery, etc, and gave us another loner car that, once again, didnt seat 7...meaning every day that we were without this vehicle, we both had to drive kids to/from school/daycare/etc. So, we get the truck back and a couple of weeks later, when Im out of town, the blasted truck gets ANOTHER coolant leak when my husband is bringing all 5 kids home. He barely makes it home and this time Perkins came to pick it up with a tow truck. Luckily, I came home the next day or my husband would not have been able to take the kids to/from school/daycare. So here we are without the truck for several more days, while they replace another hose, etc. The dealership returned the vehicle and, except for low air in the tires, I havent had another problem in a few weeks. I appreciate that the dealership worked with us to repair the vehicle, but I was not happy with their repair staff. I feel they should have done a thorough check of the vehicle, including a full coolant system test, before returning it to us the first time. If that had been done, we could have avoided the other two incidents. Sincerely, Really Glad I Bought That Warranty

I was very pleased with the service Perkins Motor Plex gave me. I have been divorced for 10 years and have been trying to get my credit back in order and was very scared about being turned down again but I knew that my old car just wasnt going to make it another year. I finally got my nerve up, after searching the website and I liked a car on the site. So my mother and I pulled in the lot, I was greeted by a very nice guy and after I test drove the car I decided I would like to see if I could get the car. The dealer Scott was so kind and helpful and he was also understanding about my situation and made me feel like I was deserving to purchase this car and within a few minutes I was an owner of a car I didnt think I could get. I highly recommend Perkins because they really care about getting you a car and have the best customer service in Murray. I know where I will get my next car......Thanks Perkins Motor Plex!!!! I bought my Avalanche from Perkins Motor Plex, that Im extremely happy with. I drove 3 1/2 hours from Louisville to Murray, KY after speaking to my sales person (Chris) via the telephone. Chris gave me all of the available information including any minor imperfections concerning the vehicle. He made me very interested in seeing it in person. He was extremely nice and very helpful to my wife and I, even though were Louisville Cards fan and I was in Racer & Wildcat country (lol). I left there feeling good about my purchase and Im enjoying my new ride. The experience isnt like any other car dealership that I had ever been too before. You will have to experience it for yourself to get were Im coming from. I highly recommend, that If you are looking for a nice used car, that you check with Perkins Motor Flex first. You want be disappointed.

My mom bought a vehicle here less than a year ago and has to pay for a new transmission already. She went back to them to see if they would help her any way and no one seemed to care. She originally went there to purchase a vehicle in a specific price range and was, of course, talked into purchasing a vehicle out of her price range. She now has to spend even more to get the transmission replaced. As a business, you should back up your products that you sell and try to help your customers any way possible when something is defective that you sold. We also know someone else who purchased a vehicle here and within a year had to put $1500 more into the vehicle. You might think they are giving you a "deal" here, but you get what you pay for. I would definitely take your money to a more trustworthy company who cares about their customers.

We have purchased 4 cars from Perkins since this business has started. We love how we are treated by everyone as soon as we pull on the lot. The selection has always been great and they seem to have just what we are looking for. There has never been pressure from the sales staff and we love that there is no going back and forth to get a fair price. Tim Perkins runs a business that you can trust and has surrounded himself with the best people to serve your car needs. All four of these vehicles have performed wonderfully and we are extremely happy to recommend Perkins Motorplex to our friends and family. We will continue to shop there for our car needs!!!

We purchased a Buick Enclave from Perkins Motor Plex in Murray, KY in August. My husband Mark first saw the Enclave online at the Perkins site. The Enclave was actually at the Paducah location of Perkins. Mark called Perkins in Murray talked with Chris Hayes, he told Chris of our interest in the Buick Enclave. Chris told Mark it would be no problem to have the Buick Enclave at the Murray location that very afternoon. WOW ! What great service and what a nice vehicle. This was our second purchase of a vehicle from Perkins Motor Plex. Just great people to deal with.

Purchased a CX-9 from Jay in Mayfield in August for myself as a family vehicle. We had such a great experience that we purchased a Buick Regal from Murray in September for my husband. Both reps we worked with did such amazing jobs making sure we were taken care of. Mine was missing the headphones and remote for the entertainment center and my husband was missing the owners manual. With out hesitation they ordered everything we needed. We will definitely be purchasing from Perkins again in a couple of years for our daughters first car.

I never write these but normally take the advice from the reviews I read. Great experience all around. I search the web for a month to find the best deal. I ended up at Perkins Motor in Murray where I dealt with Drake S. He was professional, attentive and listened to our needs therefore he SOLD us our van. Best experience yet with a car lot. Couldnt get him to budge on the price but I expected that since they were selling it at a great price, but it never hurts to try. So very happy with the entire transaction!
