UPDATE #2: After posting my previous update, I was contacted by Ed Vale, the service director, and he apologized for the bad experience I had getting my car serviced. He and Gerson took the car back and performed the originally promised services and, after a few hiccups that were not in anyones control, I got my car back. This doesnt completely erase the bad memory I had from the first service visit but, at least, I am pleased that someone is looking at these reviews and taking action to work things out. UPDATE: I am updating my rating and review for this place based on the quality of service I received during the first scheduled maintenance. Short Story: Sales Team: Excellent; Service Team: Very Poor Review of the Service department: I set up an appointment to get my car serviced since 6 months were up and it was due for a quick check up. I decided to use the Car pick-up feature and the service department told me that someone would come pick up my car in the on the scheduled date and time. They also said that the driver would call me before leaving the dealership to let me know that he was on his way. So, the scheduled date comes and I am waiting at my house for someone to call me at the said time. No-one calls. I wait for more than an hour and then call to find out what happened. The person who answered just transferred me over to another person who didnt pick up the phone. I left a message for him to call me back but he never did. So, after another 30-40 minutes of waiting, I call again and I am transferred to the person who doesnt pick up his phone again. The next time, I called and asked them not to transfer me and tell me when someone is going to come pick up my car. So, without explaining why no-one picked up my car at the agreed time, I am told that someone will come pick it up 4 hours later than the original agreed time. So, the convenience of Car pick-up actually became an inconvenience for me because I had to wait for over 4 hours at my house when I had other stuff planned. Finally, someone comes and picks up my car. And they return the car the next day. I wasnt home during that time so I checked up on the car after I came back and noticed that there were a couple of scratches on the car. I had specifically asked for detailing service to be done on the car to get rid of minor scratches since that was promised to me when I purchased the car and, if detailing was done on the car, then it was really shoddy work. So, I called the service adviser, Paul Crossman?, to find out what exactly was done on the car and he didnt pick up the phone so I left him a message. He has not gotten back to me yet. A few days later, I get a voicemail from the dealership asking about the quality of service...but still no call from the service adviser to answer regarding what kind of detailing job was done on my car. I am just glad that the first couple of services are covered by Lexus because if I had had to pay for this kind of service, I would be really upset. I have learnt my lesson and will not be taking my car back to Woodfield Lexus for future servicing. Better to find another place that values their customers better. ----------------------ORIGINAL REVIEW FOR THE SALES PROCESS--------------------------- Excellent service and professionalism displayed by everyone I met during my recent purchase of a RX 350. Starting with getting a quote from the internet manager, Patti, to my negotiations over the phone with the General Sales Manager, Greg, then actually finalizing the deal with the sales consultant, Bob, and the finance manager, Yasmine, I never had a better experience at a dealership. Keep up the good work!

A month ago we went in to purchase a car a rx350 and spoke with Ken we didnt know whether we wanted to purchase a new one or old one so we told him we would come the next day since it was 9pm and it was late also told him we would come with trade motorcycle, the next day we came in with the trade motorcycle and they were giving a low ball offer for it so we told them no, we decided we wanted to purchase a 2015 rx350 and went in to negotiate price, first of all they ran my credit score before negotiating price which made me very angry and didnt let me even see it, ( didnt know they even ran it until I went to other dealer and was told that), on top of that we were given a paper with vin and options for 2015 rx350 but on negotiating paper it was 2014 rx350 they didnt even want to negotiate price( I took the picture when ken walked out the room to speak to manager which I do not remember name( the manager was rude , tall with gray hair) and glad I did take the picture, I noticed that because I called a few days later and told them I wanted to speak to ken about the deal on 2015 rx350 they asked for my name and told me I was looking to purchase a 2014 rx350 and that ken is out for family business, that is when I looked at my phone picture and noticed they wanted to scam us into purchasing a 2014 rx350 not 2015, on top of that on the paper they wanted to finance whole amount when we told them we were putting half down, I am glad I took this picture of out the door price otherwise I wouldve been scammed, a month later today june 2, I received a call from Sophan that the car we "ordered" was in when we didnt finalize nor put any money down because we were unhappy with the price and walked out the door, so I told him about how unhappy I was that they wanted to scam us into purchasing a 2014 rx350, he then told me that they mustve had a mix up in papers because ken left the dealership, I told him hes lying because I took picture when ken wanted to make the deal with us and told him we purchased the vehicle at WESTMONT where we were treated with respect negotiated price we wanted and purchased a 2015 rx350 there, do not shop at WOODFIELD LEXUS avoid this place at all cost, I hope this review helps, and that no more people will be scammed here.

Please read if you plan on purchasing a used vehicle from Woodfield Lexus. My husband and I have experienced nothing short of a nightmare since purchasing a used 2012 Honda Civic from there. When I asked if there was an inspection report we could see or if there were problems we should be aware of, the salesman, Eugene, stated that Woodfield Lexus runs a multi-point inspection on all used vehicles, and that if this car had any problems, it would not be on their lot. Only 10 days after owning the car, it breaks down. We purchased the extended warranty, which is provided through Lexus, even though the car is a Honda. I spent hours calling the main Lexus Warranty office only to receive conflicting answers from the main Honda Warranty office. When I tried calling Woodfield Lexus to help me navigate the situation, I was met with unreturned phone calls from Caryn, the finance director. I finally figured it out and took the car to a Honda dealership to figure out what was wrong with the car. We ended up spending over $700 in repairs that required “immediate attention,” including a dead battery, all of which were not covered by the extended warranty. Many more calls later and Rob, the pre-owned sales manager, finally gives me a call, only to lecture me about buying an “off brand” car from a Lexus dealership. He tells me that Woodfield Lexus only has the technology to run basic safety inspections on their “off brand” cars. This of course, is a different story from what the salesman, Eugene, told me. Essentially, Rob tells me that this is the gamble you take with buying a used car and admits no responsibility. To some extent I understand this, but I don’t believe that one should have to shell out over $700 in repairs after owning the car for 10 days. The kicker is that Rob tells me if he had known about that situation, he would have replaced the battery for free. Nevermind that I made several unreturned calls to Woodfield Lexus during the whole ordeal, so I’m not sure how I could have made a better attempt to communicate with them, but oh well. Moral of the story, proceed with extreme caution when purchasing a used, or, as they like to call it, an “off brand” vehicle from Woodfield Lexus. You could end up with hundreds of dollars of expenses.
