Stopped in to question about bike stalking once in a while and not responding to throttle quickly. Talked to service desk, told him what I was experiencing. He checked with mechanic and they both took the time to come out and look at the bike, decided to do a map on it. I asked how long till they could get to it. Mechanic said about 15 mins he was just finishing up on a bike. Said it would be about .5 hour to check it out. I was called into shop to be shown and explain the mapping. Was in shop all through the process and talked with mechanic on different issue and he was very informative about my questions. He took bike out and test road it. In all Id say about a hour was spent and only charged for half hour as stated. Very costumer friendly. A pile of work orders were ahead of me but they took the time to get me in and out. 5 star rating only because there isnt a higher star to give them . Expected to have to make appointment and come back some other day. Very pleased and they listened to me and didnt try to make excuses for what the problem was. Did remapping and adjust a perimeter. Seemed to fix my complaints. High recommended the shop and service. Thx guys from a California purchaser.

2nd Bike from Northern Ohio Ducati and Triumph. Chris was awesome and patient. When I first met him he took time to just chat and get to know what I was looking for and how I got to the area. I had just recently moved and wanted to know where to bring my Ducati Scrambler for service. I stopped back in a few months later and purchased a Ducati Hypermotard from him. Maxine was incredible as well. She hung out while they got the bike ready to go and she helped get my bell swapped over to the new bike. Fast forward to May 2017 and Chris helped me find a Daytona 675. I stopped in a week later and he had it ready to go. As always he was helpful and awesome to work with. It did not feel like working with a salesman but more like a friend. Maxine also stopped out and said hello and was great to see her again. Overall I honestly recommend Northern Ohio Ducati and Triumph highly. I have shopped around at all the Motorcycle shops in the Cleveland to Akron Ohio areas and none were willing to work with me or my trade ins like they were. Hope this review helps someone stop over and have a great experience finding their next new or used bike @ Northern Ohio.

I had my 2010 America serviced by them in December of 2014, which included replacing the steering head bearing and the fork springs. When they returned it to me it seemed like the front end was unstable during my ride back to Cleveland. While checking it over I noticed the right top fork clamp bolt was sticking half way out of the hole. The left top fork clamp bolt was also found to not have been tightened down at all. I had to check the torque on everything they serviced just so I could have peace of mind that their shoddy work wasnt going to kill or maim me on my next ride. The labor on the front end alone was close to $500.00, and the total bill nearly $2,100.00, and I asked for a refund of $150.00, which they refused. They did offer a credit towards future service, which is the same as offering nothing since I was not going to let them work on my bike again. They did not seem to care at all that they were losing a customer or that the mechanic had failed to complete the work properly.

I purchased a 2013 Ducati from NODT last year. As far as the whole buying experience, I couldnt be happier. The sales staff was great to work with and was extremely friendly. On my first service I walked in the door and was greeted by people that actually remembered my name. A+. My only suggestion would be to their service department. In my experience it was difficult for me to get a response from anyone unless I was redirected from the sales floor. The service form on the website is great... unfortunately no one reads them or returns calls. For this reason alone I have decided to service my Ducati elsewhere. Ive emailed other dealerships with great success in same day, sometimes hour, response times. I hope they work on this in the near future.

This is the best place to do business with, period! I have never been treated this well at a car, or motorcycle dealership in my life. In my 45 years, Ive bought about 10 new cars and 4 motorcycles. This is the only place that has made me feel like they want me to come back to them in the future. The service is outstanding! Carl and Kevin are great to deal with. Chase was great, too. Thanks for everything. The place is very clean, professional, and a pleasure to visit. Plenty of bikes and accessories at great prices. This is how all businesses should be run. If want to buy a Ducati or Triumph, please go to this this place. You wont be sorry.

Awesome dealership! The store looks amazing since they acquired Triumph a few years ago and remodeled the whole place. They have tons of bikes including a really cool private collection of vintage bikes. Carl, the owner, is a really good guy that is always helpful and Kevin in service always takes really good care of me. This is the ONLY motorcycle dealership Ive been in where someone always greets you and asks if you need help. In an industry that seems to lack a focus on customer service, Northeast Ohio Ducati always gets it right!

Recently purchased a second hand Moto Guzzi from here. Chris Geiger was incredibly helpful in the entire process, and took tremendous care to ensure I had everything in order before I left. I felt really values from beginning to end, and I believe I paid a very fair price. NODT have always been great - superb service operation , the clothing and gear operation was always good but has got better - cant say enough about this place.

Bought a motorcycle from them and called because I wasnt receiving a bill. I was told they were "busy" and would get back to me within a couple days. After letting them know I dont want to miss a payment and would I atleast be able to get a phone number for someone who might be able to help? They were kind enough to say they would try and get back to me by the end of the day. Great customer service

Upon walking in from getting Greeted by Maxine(?) To meeting Chris through the entire buying process was an absolute treat. I have never walked into a business and be made automatically to feel like part of that family. Absolutely love the Triumph Daytona 675 I bought. While I understand its not everyones cup of tea. I will send anyone I know looking for a bike to Northern Ohio Ducati Triumph.

Im above average in height and went into Northern Ohio Ducati/Triumph to try on jackets as its been a struggle finding the right fit. Not only did Maxine go through all the jackets helping find the right fit and size, but she also helped me get the adjustments just right. I also got a great price! Ill definitely be going back for more gear as they carry a lot of great brands.
