My experience with this establishment has been remarkable I have worked with all three departments and the senior leadership are impeccable, very top notch and knowledgeable people. I am a newer rider and when I came into this business I felt invited. The building reminded me of my father’s garage. The smell of oil and fuel and the monotonous chatter about everything motors. These people are remarkable and have gone to insane lengths to assist me as a company and make my riding experience pleasurable. The people who run this business aren’t trying to rip you off like certain motorcycle shops in Jacksonville, they are interested in informing and educating their clients, and they are always eager to just talk motorcycles, boats, jet skis, or whatever tickles you’re fancy. I can’t say it enough these people are impressive and honestly I will be forever a lifetime customer. I have and will continue to recommend Jacksonville Powersports to friends and family members, because this is by far the best motorcycle shop in Jacksonville. They are very military friendly, and aren’t out to try to make a person go broke, very fair prices! This place rocks! Get over there and check out the amazing atmosphere and the awesome staff.

Worst customer service I have ever seen! First of all, my wife & I walked in to the store looking for a ninja 300. A guy and a girl at the cashier sow us looking for someone to help us, and they just ignored us. then after 10 minutes waiting for someone to help us ( BTW, the store was not busy at all ). an African american who did not even intrduse him self to us if theres anything he can help us with. we asked him about the options for the bike (since I am new to motorcycle, he was not so welcoming. anyway in less than 30 seconds he left us. then I came again to him to ask him how much the last price he can give me the bike for ( I was welling to buy it) HE DID NOT GIVE ME A CHANCE TO ASK. He said " Come on man!! what do you want!!" I answered " Thank you very much" And I left the store. It was really disrespectful!! I am going to look for the bike somewhere els even if i have to buy it from Daytona Beach etc... If I can Give the store less than a star I would do it! It is THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD!!! I would not advice anyone to go to this store EVER!!

I went up there recently, on Feb 15th 2012, to check out a few of the motorcycles for sale in their show room and in their used lots. I was very unimpressed. Many of the motorcycles had rust, cracks in unexpected locations, dust & dirt on many of the chains; The majority of the ones had not been cared for while they were in their possession at all. Even the ones that I saw in their back lots had similar issues, and mechanical problems that had not even been bothered to be addressed. I would not recommend a dealership that does not care for the external quality and detail of their vehicles for sale. Stay away from those that dont pay attention to details & hazardous equipment. I also got a sales rep who did not seem to know what he was doing. Granted, he may have been new, but I dont even think he noticed or cared for these issues; he was interested in the sale. To top it all off, the prices offered for their gear was not worth the quality, life expectancy, or current condition of their machines. Steer clear.

I had the most unbelievable buying experience of my life today at Jacksonville Power Sports. The entire process was fantastic thanks to Clint, one of the sales people. I contacted several dealerships in N. Georgia and S. Florida looking for a particular machine. I was told that they either did not have them in stock yet, could not get them yet or just plain said "no one has them yet". Well guess what?? Clint made it happen. He located the one I wanted and had it shipped to his store. He called me several times to keep me up to speed with what was going on, and I know that a few of them calls were made "after hours" on his off time. The machine arrived when he said it would, and was ready for pick up right on time. Clint even took pictures of it and sent them to me prior to me arriving. When I arrived, the machine was perfect. All of my paper work was waiting for me .to sign and the finance lady was great as well. Thanks everyone for a great buying experience

Great place to buy a motorcycle and get the parts that you need. It has one drawback, I called a week before to set up an appointment to get my bike 2500 mile maintenance tuneup. It was for 9:00 am and I was there on time. I had drove 75 miles that day to get there. They said it would be ready in about 3 hours and they would give me a call on my cell phone. So I went and walked around the nearby mall and and a few other shops. It was not 5 hours 2:00 pm and no call. I gave them a call and they said could I leave it till tomorrow and then pick it up. I told them to have the manager there for me to talk to when I got back walking from the mall. I was very ticked off and the manager was not much help. I told him I was from out of town and had a 9:00 am appointment. I was not going to drive home and come back the next day. I ask for the corporate telephone number and then he decided to get right on my bike. It was finished in another 2 hours. What a pain.

Honestly I am not the type to go out of my way to post reviews, whether good or bad but I think this incident deserves special attention. I ended up purchasing a new RXP-X 300 from a dealer down south, they were willing to deal with me and I ended up getting the ski for well below what Jacksonville Powersports offered them at. That isnt what this is about though. Upon walking up to Byron, I casually made conversation about how I was finally able to get a ski, under what they offered me with a trailer. Byron proceeded to become very rude and state that he could care less and that I would still have to bring my ski in for service to them so they still won anyways! After such a statement like that I can guarantee I will not bring my ski anywhere near that dealership. I would rather buy the tools and do the maintenance myself than have to deal with such disrespect!

So these guys are awesome. I have purchased a 2012 ninja 250 through these guys. Then upgraded to a 2013 ninja 636. Both bought brand new. I have put 28k miles on my 636. I was riding it recently. All the sudden the engine stops. Turns out the motor blew due to a issue in the motor. I always buy the extended warrenty. Good thing I did. Kawsaki came and picked up my bike from my house. Which I live a good distance away. They took the engine apart. Then let me know that it was going to need to be rebuilt. It was all covered under my extended warranty. So if your buying a new motorcycle and cant decide if you should get the warrenty. Do it. It will save you ton of money. If you take care of your bike. You guys have my future business when I upgrade to the Zx10r. Always a pleasure stepping into your shop. Thanks guys. Shout out to Marshall.
