This store is really amazing. Every time I go there the staff is always extremely friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. Most importantly, its completely genuine. I can tell pretty much everyone that works there is like family to each other and they treat their customers as such too. I was seeing if I could afford a new dyna last week but since it was the end of the year they didnt have the style I wanted, but Shane and Geoff at sales had pretty much the exact bike I wanted in the back, a used 2007 dyna, that they brought to my attention. It was much more affordable and I had to buy it right away. It was a super smooth process and they and Tony gladly helped me every step of the way. Yesterday I got a flat and barely made it home. I couldnt find a puncture so my first thought was that there was an issue with the tires installation at the dealership. Today, in the daylight, I noticed a small nail had punctured my rear tire causing the flat. Unfortunately this wasnt covered under my extended warranty. Normally I would take the tire off and replace it myself but Jeremy in service offered me an impeccable deal and they still came through and picked the bike up from my house. Im extremely grateful, appreciative, and happy with my experiences so far. If you need any parts or service or advice or merchandise, or even some good conversation, I would suggest going to the Adamec on Baymeadows any day. I honestly feel like I cant say enough good things about the store and the staff there, and if I could, I would give this store 6 stars.

ADAMEC Harley-Davidson, Baymeadows continues to go above and beyond for me in their service and I always feel like family when I walk through their doors. Their Riding Academy course and instructor, John Tiberius gave me the skills and confidence I needed to get out on the open road for the first time last year. Purchasing a bike seemed like a daunting task…but Chuck Tamblyn took a genuine interest in matching me up with the right bike and personally reached out to me when the right one arrived. Its been the perfect fit and Ive been smiling ear to ear ever since. And most recently, I visited with a very large and very last minute merchandise order I needed to place for work. Chelsea stepped up in every way, calling on their 2 other locations for backup supply, consolidating the order in a matter of hours, checking it twice, and consulting with me every step of the way. The Harley-Davidson brand is no doubt synonymous with family, service, country, and freedom, and ADAMEC upholds this tradition in every way. I am a proud to own a Harley-Davidson and honored to be a part of the ADAMEC Baymeadows family! -Jennifer Dew

I left Memphis Tn at 5am one fine Sunday. I got ready to pull off of I95 into St Augustine at around 9pm. I went to downshift and discovered that was impossible. The splines on my shifter lever had sheared off and the levers would just spin. Fortunately I was close to the hotel and I limped it in on 3rd. As soon as Adamec opened the next morning I was on the phone. "Bring it in, well get you back on the road." I nursed that bike back onto the interstate in 3rd and managed to shift via some seriously shaky techniques up into 5th. I got to the dealership about an hour after they opened. Its St Augustine in summer. Business was booming. Well, I figured my day was shot. Less than an hour later Ive got a new shifter shaft and lever installed, my bike is washed, and Im back on the road. I went from being stranded 800 miles from home to resuming my trip, just like that. That ladies and gentlemen is how you take care of your customers. Without a doubt that was the best service Ive EVER had at a Harley dealership. Its also a very nice dealership and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I really dont get it people you buy a bike for $27000 and you are happy because the salesman was nice to you, really? you think you are special, they wont even recognize you once you sign the papers......wait couple years till you take it for service and see how rude and ignorant they are.....whoever I talk to that has a Harley says stay away from them , now I know why...my front brakes didnt work and I took my bike to adamec, after 3 weeks (literally) when I call the service department to see if anything is done to it they respond like I m harassing or bothering them and still nothing is done....it took them 5 days to diagnose the problem which is ABS (THERE IS NO OTHER OPTIONS) and 1 week for the part and 10 days to put it on...I called several other dealerships out of town they say it takes 3 days for the part and they charge 1 hour labor, so its a 4 days job anywhere else....if you have a serious problem with the engine or tranny you rather take it to Milwaukee it ll be faster...

I have been an Adamecs customer since 1964, my family have purchased maybe forty bikes. Over the years they have been up and down on customer service. In the 70s and 80s I remember a time when everyone left town for bikes, parts and service. Now they get the bikes out then hope you are sold on being faithfull and pay the terrible part and labor prices. Walk in to by a new bike and they will slobber all over you. Come back for labor, parts and accessories and they are your best friend however on prices you will see pure greed. A recent trip VIA motorcycle to get the battery replaced and I get a price of $200 including taxes and the five minute install. You would think they would at least throw in the install when selling a battery that lists online for $53.13 for $140.00 This is indicative of prices at Adamecs and perhaps Harley now. I wonder if they ever question why the show room has few in it. Maybe they should. .

I guess because I didnt buy my harleydavidson from the place And a year ago I had RPM warranty that gave them crap that Im not as important as any other person I have been denied 5 times on trading in my motorcycle Once even had a thousand down and a 92 jeep Cherokee to trade this last time really upset me because they call and got me to leave work 4 hours early saying today was the day to make a deal Because sales were low so I drove all the way to baymedows just for them to deny me again So if youre not a wealthy rich prickly you might want to choose something and or somewhere else not only that but they told me it was because of my bikes appraisal but when I walked out the appraiser had just got to my bike so he hadnt even need started so they lied to get me there than they lied to get me out

“Adamec H-D is the place to get the, Red Carget, treatment in all areas but particularly Service for your Harley. Bob is my service advisor and hes always up beat and ready to take care of me when I arrive...I dont wait...I am confident that my bike is being handled by someone that will treat it like their own...he makes sure that the tech working my bike is the same if hes available...and has aways kept me informed of the progress of my service and suggested upgrades that have made my touring much more enjoyable on my Road Glide Ultra 2012...I go to Adamec H-D because of the outstanding way everyone treats me at the dealership, but Bob in Service gives me the, Red Carpet treatment.”
