My girlfriend and I were referred to Extreme Motor Sales because they service Chinese bikes and are a mile from my home. Upon entry we noticed the cleanliness of the showroom. I had called the day before and spoke with Heidi explaining to her my issues with my 2014 Bashan idling extremely high that had been sitting for 2 months she was very helpful and told me to bring the bike in the next day. We brought the bike in the next day around 10:30 on a rented uhaul trailer she remembered me from the phone conversation the day before and we discussed possible solutions. She then helped us unhook the trailer and kept it there while we grabbed lunch. Before we were done with lunch we received a phone call at 12:00 stating the bike was done. We went to pick it up she explained in detail and showed us the work she did. The bike started right up without any issues. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient because I had many questions. She explained to me how to prevent future problems with the bike by showing me how to change the oil, adjust the fuel intake when the bike is not in use, and the airflow. These are trade secrets for mechanics so they can charge customers hourly rate unnecessarily, but Heidi tought me More than I expected to lean on my first visit. I will be bringing my bike here for all future needs and recommend her to anyone. Her prices are also extremely reasonable guess thats why they call it EXTREME!! Thanks Heidi!!!!

I emailed customer service asking about an intake manifold. I then sent my year, model number and cc size to the customer service representative. I also included a picture of the manifold with the dimensions attached to it. The customer service rep sent me a link stating that they have the manifold I needed. I then ordered the manifold and when I received it, it was not the correct manifold. I emailed customer service back and asked if I could get an exchange for the correct one or a refund and they never returned my email. I then called down to the company and talked to a lady, who clamed to be a owner, and she said that there is nothing they can do for me, they do not have the correct part, they will not refund my money and then hung up on me while I was asking another question. I WOULDNEVER RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE OR EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. I am also contacting the BBB.

STAY AWAY! "All sales are final" If you finance with "Snap" they adhere to the policy from Extreme motor sales, which is "all sales are final". If you want to give it back, snap will charge you for it. Scooters are incorrectly labeled. I bought mine and it drove to my house then it never worked again. Now they want to charge me for fixing whats wrong with it. The owner started screaming in my face and I had to call the cops, my husband thought she was going to hit me and this all happened in front of my 5year old son. VERY unprofessional, I shouldnt have bought anything here in the 1st place. Feel free to contact me based on my experience, also I will upload a video on youtube about the issue I was having (scooter wouldnt stay on for more than 10mins).

Very good service and their activities really fantastic. Best price around for the best Quality ..The selection is great , the prices are better. The staff here were very nice without being overly pushy. The showroom was very nice and the stock was great! There were a lot of options and so much to look at. The salesman seemed honest, which is weird to me, since most are usually pretty much just saying anything to get you to buy. He said he wanted us to go sleep on it and think about it for a night before making a decision... since most people buy on that rush of immediate reward... I appreciated and respected that. Overall a good experience, very pleasant people, Extreme Motor Sales was great and patient with us, and a great selection.

When looking for the extremely hard to find EVO RX Big gas scooter, Id been having trouble finding anyone who could get me real information on availability. Tina and Heidi took the time to (while I was on hold!) get information directly from the factory and give me a real date when I could expect the scooters to be in. Weeks later, on or about that date, sure enough I got the message that they had just a few available and wanted to confirm that I was still interested. After the sale, I got follow-up emails making sure that everything was to my satisfaction. Tina and Heidi have offered the best customer service Ive experienced for a vendor selling these products. Would highly recommend Extreme Motor Sales.

Excellent experience, my wife called a dozen shops before calling Extreme asking if they could fix our dune buggy go-cart and they all told us "NO" like we were insulting them. The gals at Extreme were positive right from the first call and even more positive when we brought the buggy in. They were very communicative during the short period it was at their shop and even sounded happy for us it was not as serious as it could have been. We totally recommend them, we just wished they worked on cars as we would bring them in as well when we need repairs. 5 Stars!!

Called 8 time in 3 days to get ahold of someone in parts dept noone ever picke up the phone. So I sent 2 email to there parts email, no email back after a week . finally I called the sales number and the lady on the phone was very rude and accused me of giving them a bad review on google. I asked about a replacement axle bolt for my Brozz 250 and was told they dont stock them she would have to call to find out a price and call me back. That was 4 days ago still no call.

Three customers sitting in the parking lot from 955 until 1020am and nobody is there to open the doors. Nobody will answer the phones or the phone number posted on the door. They are losing ALOT of money and this is extremely unprofessional conduct. This is not how you run a business. If you have set hours on your door that say you open at 10am, you need to be open when people show up at 10am. Absolutely ridiculous. Sincerely, Another local business owner.

I probably called 10 shops before Extreme Motor Sales and none of them had what I needed, just a simple headlight bulb for a scooter. They had what I needed in stock and even helped me fish a snake out of my storage compartment at no additional charge. No kidding, it must have crawled in there the night before and found a new home. You cant beat that! I wasnt about to get it. I need some more parts for the scooter and know where Im going to get them!

Very rude woman on the phone . Every question i asked she made me feel like it was a stupid and that she had better things then to answer my questions . I was looking at buying two Brozz enduros for me and my wife. After talking with this woman it was clear that I was not going to give them my business so I looked elsewhere and found them online shipped right to my door for $500 less these people are rude and a rip off
