Brought original handlebars with wiring and a set of new bars to have them switch over the wiring. Got it done in a timely fashion and a reasonable price. When installed the throttle did not work and bike was in forced idle mode. Called the service department and was told they wired it correctly and I must have broke something. Never offered to have me bring the bars back so they could check their work. What they did offer was for me to pay a diagnostic fee for them to figure it out. Took fairing back apart, looked up schematic online and lo and behold 2 wires were put in the incorrect pinholes. When things arent going right is when you find out who you are. I did not want anything for free, only the offer to have them check their work. Instead I was told that I must have broke something. What was broke was a customer business relationship that day.

I bought my Road King from WRHD last year, and the folks were great. Fair price, easy to work with, and Brandon Freed is an awesome sales associate. My traveling keeps me on the road a LOT, and Brandon let me take care of everything before I got there, and I went in to do my trade and paperwork. It should also be noted that I live in Columbus, and chose to do business with a dealership more than 2 hours from home. AD Farrow down in Columbus didnt seem to have the time to sell me a motorcycle, much less deal with me by telephone and email. Oh, well! Thanks, Western Reserve!

When I bought the first of 3 bikes from them, they were good. Each experience got less enjoyable. Service began to be 2nd rate. Went to trade a few days ago and it was TERRIBLE. Salesperson was dishonest, a snake! Service manager a joke. Doubtful I will but even glasses there again. Take ride to another dealer and save money and aggravation.

Walked in the door and the person that greets you played on her phone (Brandi) the whole time. No one on the floor to help. Was looking to purchase some womans boots. When the sales associate showed up (Brittney), she didnt know what that location carried and suggested I order them online.

I love this dealership, I bought 7 bikes here over the years from Mike Erwin (evil) He had always took care if me. I only had a couple issues over the past 10 yrs there and the store manager Jim Richards took care if them right away. Great Team great dealership .

Great experience! Went in on a Sunday and worked with Larry Warner. Awesome guy and Awesome experience. Got a 2016 Streetglide $1900 under MSRP. All of the staff at the dealership were great! I would recommend Western Reserve to anyone in the market for a Harley!
