“I am one of those who does business with all four ADAMEC Harley Davidson locations, and from the first time I walked in their doors about six years ago I have always been treated like a VIP, unlike the treatment I have received from other dealerships both in and out of state. When I need service I can always count on them to point out problem areas that I had not even identified yet, and many know me as one of those who does most of his own work. Just that from time to time those other eyes have saved me from having breakdowns out on the road, which I hate with a passion. From me needing dry cloths when caught out on the road, to service on the Classic when its something I am not particularly fond of doing or needed skills to do correctly, they have always come through. I do know that from the time since I have been riding Harleys, I can count on one hand the excellent dealers I have dealt with, and four of those stores are owned by the ADAMECs. They have great staff, highly skilled techs, and on the rare occasion that I have a concern they are always ready to listen to me and do what it takes to make it right. Reminds me of an old saying, trust is something you work a lifetime to achieve, and can be lost in a moment, and yet when there is a screw-up they are the first to make it right even on occasion they might not be at fault. All I have to say is I am really thankful that I can call the ADAMECs dealerships my home dealer. Thanksgiving is coming up along with Christmas, so to all the ADMAEC family and employees wishing you from my heart a Happy and Thankful Thanksgiving, and I know I will say it again, Merry Christmas. Ride Hard, Live Free, Screw It Lets Ride.”

I just purchased my street glide in sept. At this time I ordered the light kit for the engine. It took me a couple months to get back over to get it installed as they had to order the kit. Mike in parts was outstanding to deal with, very patient as this is my first Harley. When I took the bike in I decided to upgrade the speaker system with the BOOM!. Justin in service did a great job on getting it all installed. I picked the bike up and on the way home I notice it didnt sound much better than the factory speakers.. The next day I rode it again and I felt like it still wasnt as good. I called Adamec and spoke to Charlie in service. I explained what I thought was going on. I couldnt get it back over until the next week. He was more than happy to check the bike out. I took the bike in and in about 20 minutes Justin had it fixed. Dam what a great sound. I have to say I was a little apprehensive at first, and to be honest I might have been a bit of an ass, but hands down they did great to rectify my problem. Thanks Jimmy G.

Out of the three Adamec stores, “Orange Park HD, is the one I visit the least, only because I live in Atlantic Beach. Through the years I have owned many motorcycles; of all brands. I currently own a customized 06 Street Bob (which is actually where HD got their inspiration for their Dyna Switchback). I definitely want to use this opportunity to commend all of the employees of Adamec Harley Davidson. I have NEVER had a negative experience with anyone, at any store. These folks obviously like where they work! Everyone in every department is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Two standouts for me - Pete Reideler in Sales at Regency and Sebastian Mincey, so much more than a detailer, at Baymeadows. Both have knowledge beyond their titles and take you seriously with every question you pose to them.”

They are terrible and after giving them many chances, I will NEVER return. My last experience, it took them over a week to tell me that my 2005 road king needed a NEW engine (after 10,000 miles), which was wrong diagnosed, and it was going to cost me $5000+ at a minimum to rebuild, and it would no longer be a Screamin Eagle and would be a Stock motor. I am SO glad that I got a second opinion . . . it cost me only $2700, and they were able to salvage most of my engine and rebuilt only what was needed. This was my second problem in two years with this dealer, and I do NOT TRUST them in at all! If you need work done and want it to be a Harley dealer, bring it to St. Augustine, or even the Adamec Baymeadows. AT least they will know what is wrong with your bike and will be fair!!

The guys in the Service Dept. always take great care of me as a customer. they always treat me as one of the Harley family. Jon is great to work with and always gives a great customer experience. Charlie handled my last trip to service, and the quality did not drop off one bit. Thanx guys, you do a great job for your customers. The sales staff at Adamec is above and beyond the best around. Greg is my personal salesman and he always treats me fairly, and always greets me by first name when I come in. Thanx Greg your the best. And dont let me leave out the ladies in the store, always give you personal attention, never try to "over sell" me when I am in, though they do get me to buy things lol.

Recently I had a flat tire on my Harley and the Service Department at Orange Park responded that they would pick up the bike and bring it in to the Shop if it was necessary to see that it was fixed in a timely manner. This was more than I expected because it was a flat tire. Being that it was a slow leak I was able to put air in the tire and take to them myself. As always they continue to maintain the excellent service and standards set by Harley-Davidson. This why I have always taken my bike to Orange Park Harley-Davidson and will continue to let them take care of my bikes.

The experience was wonderful! Even though I was not purchasing a Motorcycle the sales person - Neil- toke the time to explain the difference between the different bikes! I explain this would be a first time Motorcycle purchase! He explained what would be good for a first time Bike Rider. There was no pressure! He explained the financing and if there where any rebates or discount. Neil also told me about the Motorcycle training course. I will return to this dealership to purchase a Bike!

I made a Christmas wish list for family and quoted the wrong part number on an accessory. When I realized I had received the wrong part that wouldnt fit on my bike (bought at a dealer in the Midwest) I took it in to see if I could get the correct part. There was no hassle or questions, even without a receipt, and the staff gladly ordered me the correct part and all I had to do was pay the minimal difference in price. Great attitude and customer service.
