my wife and I were on a motorcycle trip from the north east to key west on our way back my wife hit something in the road and blew her rear tire took 5 plugs to hold air enough to get it to the hotel next door to this dealer I was there first thing when they opened the next morning the first thing the service manager said to me is I hope there is no where you have to be today we have a busy day and dont think we will be able to get to you today and if we do it might be done for 5:00 pm then I guess they had a no show so we were back on the road at just after 2:00 pm and we paid full blown retail they even charged us for each wheel weight I could have bought 2 tires at home for what I paid them for one I must say I will never be back and will never recommend them to any one
