Ive been to this place a handful of times. Nice store, nice shop, nice staff, and okay work. It wasnt 100% perfect. WHAT WENT WRONG: * Underwhelming work: I paid upwards of $80 for scheduled maintenance (routine service that typically involves oil change, oil filter, air filter, chain clean/lube/tighten, tighten various nuts and bolts, etc.) on top of a minor repair. This operator-level maintenance takes me on average 30 minutes to complete by myself and costs $8 in materials. At this place, the oil and filter were changed and the chain was tightened and sprayed with lube (no chain cleaning, no bolt tightening, etc.). * Additional mistakes: When I picked up my bike, the speedometer cable was unhooked and dangling. It only took 2 seconds to put it back on, but speaking as a former mechanic, this kind of thing should be caught in a final PMCS inspection before returning the vehicle to the customer. * Price: This place costs a bit more than average. * Area: Theyre located in possibly the worst spot in Orlando (OBT). WHAT WENT RIGHT: * Competitive (relatively): Id been to about a dozen motorcycle repair shops in the greater Orlando area prior to this place, and all of them were horrendous. This is one of the better shops. * Adequate: Although the work done wasnt as awesome as it could have been, it was definitely sufficient. The big stuff was taken care of and done properly. Only little stuff was neglected. It almost seems like it might be different people who do the hard stuff vs. the routine stuff, and whoever is doing the routine stuff is bad at it. CONCLUSION: If they opened up shop in a nicer area AND I couldnt find a better shop, Id probably be a regular customer.

This happened last year. I was reminded of it when a friend asked me if he should take his bike here, so I decided to write a review. I had sent my bike there for a bad pickup coil. They pointed out my valve covers were leaking, I told them not to touch it, I had purchased new gaskets. Also, told them not to worry about the shift pedal when they offered to fix it, said I bought a new one (was bent 180 degrees back from laying down the bike. Of course, when I go to pickup the bike, they had already "fixed" my leaky valve covers... completely covered in RTV sealant, and I mean it was slopped all over the place, even with several fingerprints on the engine... RTV fingerprints.... Anyways, I had to do a valve lash check, so off the covers went, and extensive cleanup of their mess. Unbelievably poor craftsmanship... oh and they conveniently bent my shifter back foward and charged me for it. I should have refused to pay, but it was my only source of transportation... I went there because they had good reviews. I will never return.

I had my bike at a dealership TWICE for a slow oil leak (couple drops a day, only when the engine was hot), the first time they said they couldnt find it, and the second time I pointed to exactly where it was coming from and showed them the oil build-up from the source. They didnt fix it either time, and Im pretty sure they didnt even LOOK at it at least one of those times. Took it to another repair shop, they had my bike for TWO MONTHS and charged me a ton in labor, and it was leaking again the day after I got it back. So based on the reviews here I tried out Cycle One as sort of a last resort before I decided to just live with cleaning the spots off the garage floor every day. I got it back in less than 2 business days, and its fixed for real! That and a brake job still came in at literally a fraction of what I paid at the last place. Ernie and his crew have earned a new loyal customer. Its sad that I have to drive this far to find an honest and fair motorcycle shop, but its certainly worth the drive.

Have been going to this shop for years. With three different bikes Ive had. Ernie and his team are awesome.... Ive told him I think I might need things done, like carbs cleaned... He checks it out and says, no you dont, just an oil change, thats all. .. Always honest and up front. ... Ive seen things like my mirrors with new screws in it or lights fixed that I didnt ask for and I wasnt charged for it... Thats a good shop. .. Looking out for the loyal customer. Good people. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Thank you cycle one! I recommended you to all my cycle friends!

This place sucks and has no integrity. I called and got a price on a front tire for my bike. They qouted me a specific tire at a specific price. When I arrived at thier location, they told me they didnt have that tire and wanted to sell me an inferior tire for more money than qouted. I asked them why they would try the bait and switch on me and they laughed and said if I wanted to get a tire, I had to pay the higher price and not get what I wanted irregardless of what they said to get me prior. This place sucks and only fools would deal with them.

This is a great shop. Ernie and his crew have serviced our familys ancient and late model Japanese motorcycles for more than 13 years. Whenever Ive got a repair too intensive to tackle on my own, I know I can count on Cycle One. This shop is knowledgeable and has always given me a fair price on parts. The labor rates are sometimes a little hard to swallow, but Im more than willing to pay for professionalism. Cycle One delivers friendly service, quality repair work, and longevity you can count on when you need them further down the road. ~M~

I have a late 70s Suzuki that was running rough. Nobody else in town wanted to touch it but Ernie accepted the challenge and rose to the occasion. I was immediately reassured when he told me he worked on that model when it first came out. They did clean work and shes never run this good. If I had one request it would have been to be more communicative as the found out what was going on. It was no problem, they graciously answered my questions when I called to check in.

WARNING! Dont take your bike here! I asked them to do a full analysis of my bike because I bought it used, and my sale was contingent on it passing a mechanics inspection. They called me and told me my bike was fine, so I registered it (several 100 dollars). When I got there they told me a heap of things it needed. If they would have just told me that on the phone I would have returned it the bike. The bike has turned into a complete lemon.

Dont bother if you have an American Made bike. I took a tire and a wheel to them for mounting and they said no problem until they found out it was for a Harley then they said they wouldnt do it. When I asked for a reason why all I was told was "because the boss said so". Give me a break, if they are not capable of mounting a tire on a Harley rim I would have serious reservations about letting them work on any motorcycle.
