This place is absolutely shady and I regret even buying this motorcycle from here. I bought my bike from there about a month ago and has had issues ever since. The day I left with the bike the oil light came on on my way home. So I called Chad and he said to bring it back in they would take care of it. So I dropped it off and it took them almost two weeks to get it back so I go back up there to pick it up they say they replaced the oil screen so I left there for the second time with the bike and made it 3/4 of the way back to my job and the oil light came back on so again I contacted Chad and he had a truck come pick it up. He said that it could be the sending unit causing the light to come on. So yesterday I get a call from Chad saying the bike is ready after only having it back at there shop for two business days saying they replaced the oil filter with a OEM Suzuki oil filter and that the light no longer is coming on. Great so i leave work for a second time in a week to go pick it up was told they test drove it for about a hour to a hour and a half I took it around the block seemed to be fine so i head back to work on my way back I stop off to get gas and the oil light comes back on and when I get into the gas station and at the pump I get off the bike its pouring out anti-freeze from the bike so I video it all and contact Chad he says he is sending a driver out to pick it up so I simply request documents or paperwork showing what work they have done to the bike since i bought it he refuses to provide me with any paperwork that since they are doing the work for free that its not there policy to provide invoices for the work being done so I then ask to speak to the owner or someone above him he says that he will not give me the owners contact info and that he is the only one in charge I have never seen this kind of customer service in my whole life all I can say is they got me but beware if you are thinking of going there for a motorcycle

Do not i repeat DO NOT take your motorcycke to these people for repair. Had to take my dads 1100 v-star in for repairs chose this store because it was well priced for the service so we rode the bike in and dropped it off (remember we rode the bike in). About a week later and 150 bucks we got the bike back worked great for a couple miles and went right back to the same issue which tells me they never fixed it, so like idiots we RODE the bike back to the shop and dropped it off, and here is when the real problems started. They took the bike and put it in the back and never touched it again but still charged me and my dad over 800 dollars fpr work that never happened, we ended up having to trailer the bike home (remember we rode the bike in) so they didnt even return the bike in the same condition, hell the bike didnt even run when we got it back. I dont know what they did but the fix was a litteraly a 30 dollar part and an easy install, tell me why it cost us over 1000 dollars for no work to be done on my fathers bike. Again i say stay away from these guys they will do nothing but rip you off.

I purchased a 2014 Honda Rancher from Chad. It was not a bad deal or a bad price, however I work in sales and I am honest with my customers which he was far from. He tried to tell me that the engine light was on due to them not having the equipment to reset it after they performed an oil change which I knew was bs because that would be a different indicator on the four wheeler which requires no equipment to reset. It was an 02 sensor that I replaced myself at home for $50 and amazingly the light went off without the need of this special equipment that he claimed was required. Not a huge deal but dishonesty over something so simple is ridiculous. Make sure you know your basics before dealing with Chad.

The help, support, advice, service, and care has been and is beyond more than phenomenal. The the work and care for my bike is more than anyones highest expectations and the deals are great. The salesman Chad is very friendly and forthcoming with everything and great deals always trying to help you out and figure things out, caring for and about you just like you are family. Chad has become a close friend though all the care and wonderful experience treatment like youre royalty. Prime Motorcycles is the only bike store and service center I will use for all the great work and care.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went in on 5/13 and i asked a couple questions about the financing and the guy that was there did not catch his name never introduced himself when asking question as to the financing part and i told him what my credit score was and what motorcycle i was interested he technically walk away from me and my family and started to assist the other people who walked in after me so for customer service they arent all that great i felt like i he wasnt making sale So he didnt bother worst customer service ever

Sold a bike..broken down twice in two weeks..refused to make it right..charged for tow...asked to speak to the manager but it was imposdiable as he refuses to speak or see anyone..clue 1 The business is owned by one shady business,owned by another shady busineds,that owned by another shady business..clue 2 The paparework and online it says Prime Motorcycle...the sign on the widow a diffrent business..clue 3 Wouldnt pee on them if they were on fire...run

This is hands down one of the best motorcycle shops in the area. I bought a 2014 Suzuki Hayabusa from here and its been great, no problems. Peter the guy that sold it to me was so helpful in answering all of my questions. I will definitely use these guys when it comes time to get the oil changed on my bike!

Chad was very helpful in working with the 2007 gsxr i bought from prime. The warranty i have for the bike is a great deal too. very affordable. Definitely my favorite bike and purchase so far. If i decide to get a dirt bike or something else on the side in the future. Ill go back. very clean bikes
