Ive been bringing my 2004 Heritage Softail to Iron Eagle for the past three years. The service is excellent and Bear and Dawn are extremely knowledgeable as well as two of the nicest people you will ever meet. I have never had to return my bike as a result of service performed and they go the extra mile making sure to let you know and pointing out future mechanical issues which you might not have noticed. Bottom line, they wont let you ride off their lot unless your bike is 100%. Customer satisfaction and riding a mechanically sound bike are their main concern. PAO

Bear and Dawn have integrity, they take pride in customer satisfaction and customer retention. Bear has a extensive HD background and a vast knowledge of early to present day Harleys. Years ago when they were in there old location on US60 close to the wallyworld i bought a used 2003 Yamaha Vstar 1100 from them. Bike was decently priced , they helped me load it on my trailer and even gave me a couple of HD straps to secure the bike. Only problem was after i was told the bike was going to be looked at before i picked it up i had a flat tire. Im not blaming Bear but his mechanic at the time. Well had the bike for over 5 yrs and never gave me any problems.

I went to Iron Eagle today for the first time. I was impressed with the customer service, diligence, and the pricing. You know folks, it wasnt like I was spending very much money. They gave me their full attention, answered my questions, and provided a quick repair on my heritage ST classic. Bear and Dawn ripped me off on the repairs to my bike they didnt even do anything to it of what they said and still charged me for it also after i bike up my bike the saddle bag fell off.. beware do not bring your bike there to be fixed or sold they remove parts off your bike when it is there.
