Don`t go here, don`t do it, dont do it, don`t do it! This guy put a cheap ass rotor and brake pads on my Honda instead of original equipment. They made so much noise, I took it back and that is when he said "I was trying to save you money". The replacement part was (EBC) was $180 for the rotor. When I showed him the original part was $97 he said he didnt have time to look online. Clearly, he doesnt care about his customers. He is a liar and a fraud. After arguing with him for 3 weeks and listening to lie after lie, he agreed to get the original part. He called me and when I went down there, the part that he got wouldnt fit...another cheap ass part. After telling him I talked to a lawyer and was going to sue him, he ordered another one. It came the next day as I had the UPS tracking number. A week later I called him and asked if he had gotten the part. He said not yet. I told him I went to the UPS site and tracked the part and he had gotten it a week earlier. He said UPS was wrong. 5 minutes later he called me and said UPS has just come. This guy must think everybody is stupid. He is clearly the biggest liar you will run across. I went down to the shop and he replaced the parts and now it doesnt make any noise and stops like it should. He tried to tell me that the noise was because the holes on the rotor were bigger so it would cool the brakes. This guy is a joke. Dont go there, dont do it. If you do, beware of the cheap ass replacement parts and the habitual lying that follows. I reported him to the Better Business Bureau. You have been warned.

I had bought a 2002 Harley soft tail recently that had not run and had been in storage for the past 13 years,I checked around to all the local shops to get a quote to go right through the bike and get her running again.Joe at heavy metal gave me a price and came in a little under!Well the good old girl needed the tank cleaned and resealed, carb. had to be rebuilt,fuel lines replaced, well the list goes on...For all he did to get this find of a lifetime up and running again was the best price anywhere... He also took care of my carb. after her maiden voyage it acted up some and he had to go through it twice to find and fix the problem, and for the time and cost of the part there was no charge! He stands by his service and made sure I was happy with the turn out...I have put some miles on the bike now and runs like new and no problems what so ever!!! I would and will recommend Joe at Heavy Metal to all my friends,and any anyone else I run across that needs some work done, Im also bringing my sons heritage to him... If you need good and honest work you need to go see this man, Hell keep you up and running.....

This business has been open for a year and I truly hope for all and any riders safety they never experience the amount of hassle and regret I felt taking my motorcycle to this shop. Not only are the owner and employees negligent but they do not care about their customers, they only care about making money and getting people in and out while seeming to care about the customer. I left in more danger then when I showed up with my motorcycle and when I went back to confront the issue and get it fixed, I got laughed at. These people are a danger to anyone who visits their shop, for all who see this, for your own safety, go somewhere else.

New to the area and just bought a used bike. It wasnt turning over and couldve been a few different things. Joe was fast at diagnosing the problem and it was the cheapest solution. Price was fair. He even came to shop when it wasnt opened to store my bike because I had it towed there and didnt realize it was closed. Will need some brake work soon and will definitely be going back. Every experience at this shop has been incredible. Reasonably priced and the right parts were ordered and were installed at a great price. And they were a pleasure to deal with. Ive brought several of my bikes to this shop in the past year. The boys have done grade A work. All my parts come in on time and cheaper then any other shop. Ive had HORRIBLE experience with the big shops in town even from the major dealers I bought my bikes from. Joe is a stand up guy & I will continue to support him & the shop.
