So I wanted to have new handlebars installed on my Harley Rocker C. I ordered the Roland Sands 16 inch King Apes and all the braided cables as I wanted to have it done right. The only thing I didnt get was a brake line as it had to be measured for. I called several places to get quotes for install to include Scooters, Chopper Design, and Orange City Cycle. Scooters was an outrageous price, and both OC Cycle and Chopper Design were nearly identical price to do the install. I went with OC Cycle as they had been in business 30 years and they assured me I would be happy with their work. Long story short, the costs started adding up for this and that, extra wires, switches, soldering, shrink-wrapping wires, extra labor etc... I was told Harley put different switches on that made it really complicated. Hmmm. After me having to track them down to get the story on why my bike was taking so long (since they dont know how to pick up a phone and call me), they give me the breakdown on what it will cost to install bars on my bike (now twice the quoted cost). I can do that or else come get my bike. I authorize the charges and tell them to go ahead and do it (against my better judgement) since I was moving 4 days later out of state and I still was trying to trust them. I pick up my bike, all looks good. I ride it home. I make my move out of state, get here, realize my horn doesnt work and now...my bike wont fire up and wont even turn over. I check all the contact points, swap the battery, everything basic that I know how to do. Nothing!. I call OC Cycles and speak to Jim. He tells me hes sorry but theres nothing he can do. Tells me he knew the horn didnt work but they wanted to get me my bike quickly so I could move. As far as it not starting, nothing he can do and Ill have to take it somewhere to get it worked on. Im shocked that they would give it to me, charge me, and the bike isnt complete...not running, horn doesnt work (not that I really NEED the horn, but it worked when I dropped it off). Faulty wiring, sloppy work, late, no calls, double the price and I get bars that look badass, but my bike doesnt run. Thanks Orange City Cycles and to Jim for taking my money, doing sloppy work, not caring, and now I have to go somewhere else to get his work fixed. Awesome customer service sir. Save yourself the time and money and frustration, go somewhere else ... anywhere else if you want your bike taken care of!

Do not waste your time and money. first off i wanted my bike carb to be jetted right so i gave an call he told me he can have an look at it and have it out of the shop in like 2 days so i went with it. first week gone by no call or word about the bike so i shoot an call to see what the problem was and the owner tells me sorry we have been backed up from bike week and the bike was there before the event started. He apologized told me my bike would be an priority second week gone by i call again he claims i need new carbs because those old carbs wasnt for my bike i need some mikuni carbs so i agree thinking he the professional and i so say go ahead with the plan i just need my bike to be fixed in a week i have an trip i wanted to take. To ride the quad another week gone by give the owner another call he answers with attitude in his voice talking about my carbs was being specially tuned for my bike which i failed to understand how that can be possible with out the carbs being on the quad. first time seeing the bike after a month i noticed oil was leaking which the bike never done that before. and i also realized that the carbs on the bike is the same ones that was on there before just replaced with new ones i mentioned that those was the same exact ones he says yes there are the old ones was bad but i thought the carbs that was on there was not for quads ? i get home ride it noticed the bike was still leaking oil and was running hot so i assumed it could have been the old gas still in there so i replaced the gas the next day and oil was still leaking from the bottom i go to do an oil change and the drain plug was literally finger tight i unscrewed it with my HANDS i changed the oil took it for another ride the bike start to bogs really bad at low rpm which i thought was normal which is exactly what was told to me by the mechanic at the shop the bike never done that before either i thought maybe its the new carbs or something so i do research and my bike is not jetted properly SAVE YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE i could have blown my engine and those a holes knew it!!!!!!

FIRST TIME MOTORCYCLE OWNERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! they charge us 100$ for a diagnostic but didnt even fully inspect the motorcycle they completely turned a blind eye to the fact that the brake box was bad luckily we checked the brakes before taking off if we hadnt have done that someone could have ended up seriously hurt or worse. They also over looked a major short in the electrical and several other issues (including a bad chain). they also told us they had cleaned the carb which they didnt. the actual stuffed they fixed they charged us 500$ for a part that cost less then half of that and kept the bike for a month we also gave them a new clutch cable to put in but they put in their own and charge us extra we didnt even get our cable back. DO NOT BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS THEY ARE ALL FROM FRIENDS AND WORKERS OF THEIRS. SERIOUSLY I TRIED TO IGNORE THEIR BAD REVIEWS AND GAVE THEM A CHANCE BUT IT WAS NOT WORTH IT. DO NOT GO HERE

Horrible!!! Listen to all the past reviews and do yourself a favor and take your bike elsewhere! These people had my boyfriends bike for THREE MONTHS never to resolve the issue. He finally had it towed to his normal shop and they resolved it in less than a day! His normal shop believes this place actually caused the issue after "attempting" to fix it. Their idea of fixing it was just throwing on parts and hoping for the best. Anyone that has previously had issues or reviews had same issues-- clearly a concern! We will be looking at legal action. Owner is definitely rude and standoffish as all previous reviews state. Again... DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!

Orange City Cycle may not be the flashiest bike shop in town but the courteous and friendly service make up the difference 10 X over. I am proud to say that Jim and Donna have become very valued friends. Their customer service is 5 *****. Even though I have moved south into central Orlando, I will continue to make the drive north to take my bike to them for service and maintenance or just stop by to "chew the fat". Their selection of clean, low mileage bikes provided me an incredible bargain; a really fine bike and the accessories I needed to make the bike my own special cruiser.
