I was shopping for a place to service my bike. I read a review from a disappointed customer, and the companys response to that customer was atrocious. So I sent them this message: "I just read your response to a customer review: [Hey Mike or what ever your name is, i checked our records you never been in our shop so its abvious you are a false guy, or working for another shop to put bad word on us. I pity you , such a scumback you are.] I cant believe how unprofessional you are. Will not be bringing my business to you." And then I received this response: "Copy paste? Then dont bring your bike ever. We dont want unprofessional customers as well. We dont like to deal with scumbacks work with other shops and throw bad words to competitors. As simple as it gets" Apparently I am a "scumback" for giving them feedback on what drove me away from bringing my business to them. Obviously they have problems with both literacy and professionalism, so be forewarned. Their owner will not be easy to work with. UPDATE: Theyre continuing to harass me via email to complain about me leaving a review. He seems to think that I dont have the right to inform others of his conduct if I didnt end up bringing my business to him. What a clown.

Been using them for 6yrs, but today it is done. They were suppose to have my bike done on Monday, but didnt then Wednesday told me at 10:30a that they were getting to work on it right away and to come in at noon. When I arrived they had not even touched my bike. They quickly got my handlebars placed back on after an hour of waiting in shop. In the process they replaced my grips with the lowest grade possible grips (which suck). They are nice people, but have no regard for your personal time. Sad to have to find a new mechanic, but there is one within 1/4 mile from them I will go to from here. (EDITED).... Notice in the managers response... I did bring the wrong handlebars, but that is NO excuse for telling me at 10:30a to come in at noon because they were getting to work on it immediately and then at noon NOT DO ONE THING TO THE BIKE! (lost an hour there). The handlebars werent the issue behind the bike not being done originally on Monday, it was failure to properly order the parts the Wed before when I paid for it. Nonetheless, I dont trust them with my bike anymore, notice all responses are deflecting responsibility.

Jon Howell Has done an excellent job in creating a business that fits the need of many riders. His passion for the business has helped in creating a positive and friendly environment. Immediately upon walking into his shop you become part of the family so to speak. He not only shows you what is wrong with you bike or atv but explains how they work and ways to extend the life of you vehicle. He has been upfront and honest and has gained 2 long term customers. He will not try to sell you something you dont need and even goes as far as recommending updates or upgrade pertaining to your initial decision. If your looking for a company that will go above and beyond for your vehicle (motorcycle, atv scooter, ect) then go see Jon @ Imagine Powersports. once you step foot in the door you will understand what I truly feels like to be part of the family and what honest and professional work looks like. Id recommend him to everyone.

I took in my bike to have some new tires put on. Compared to the dealership and a few other places, the price was pretty good. All in all, it was $75 out the door to install a couple of tires and balance. My tires being tube, I knew that it was a good price due to the extra caution required with inner tubes. However after I got home and went to bed, I woke up to my front tire being half empty. There was a pinhole in the inner tube right after having the new tire put on. I took it back, and paid an extra 15 bucks for a new tube, and they were gracious enough to install it for free. Now, though, they forgot to re-balance the tire with the new tube, so my front tire has improperly placed weights and jumps around like a kangaroo. Morale of the story, the shop has a couple nice guys who do honest work, but you get what you pay for in the end. Ill just have to suck it up and get it fixed at the dealership.

The best customer service. When i first bought my bike, I brought it by and they checked it out for free. Didnt try to upsell me on anything I didnt need, just told me what was wrong and what I should keep an eye on. I wrecked my motorcycle a couple weeks ago, just now recovered enough to start caring about fixing it. Since I didnt have the capability to tow it from my parking lot and I live down the street, John took the time to come to me to check it out. Once again he was very honest about what needed to be fixed and my best options. Once he got back to the shop he even took time to look up parts for me and told me how to get them. Again, never tried to charge me or sell me on anything I didnt need. Its hard nowadays to find mechanics that truly care about their customers - Imagine Powersports is one of those places. Theyve earned a new lifelong customer. Thanks again!

If you like being talked down to by the technician while the owner stands and watches, this is the place for you. Dont waste your time and money with these people. Take your bike somewhere where the techs actually know what theyre talking about. If I have to put air in the tires every morning, why would you say there is no leak? Every day 6 to 8 psi low. I understand that tires change pressure when they warm up, but why do I have to add air when the bike is cold EVERY MORNING? I only check pressure when the bike is cold, every morning - temperature is the same every time I check. Even if it is slightly cooler one day, a 5 degree temperature swing in my garage from day to day should not cause an 8 psi drop in pressure inside of something with such a relatively small volume of air. You guys are ridiculous.

Warning warning warning !!! I hired this place to do a full service (pm) on my 2014 like new polaris rzr 800s. Upon riding it the first time I noticed oil dripping from underneath. I tried to find oil leak and could not so I called the power sports and they told me it was likely oil that was spilt during the service and should be NO big deal. The next day I had a catastrophic failure. I took my machine to a local Polaris dealer and upon their inspection they determine all the wrong oilside were used in the entire machine and were over filled. I spent $2684.38 to have it repaired and power sports would take no ownership. Warning if you use these clowns be prepared you have been warned! Dave

These guys treat you like family, very upfront about work being done and never any hidden charges. If you have a problem with your machine they will tell you what it needs and why it needs it so the common guy can understand. Its nice to know you wont have to grab your ankles when leaving Imagine Powersports unlike many Dealerships and shops with sub par attitudes and knowledge. One large difference is the techs are not only certified but they had team world experience from being a hands on mechanic before they were certified... Any one can get certified but not every one can apply the knowledge with solid mechanical techniques and understanding.
