Not sure what happened to this place. I had a friend highly recommend it based on the work he had done there previously. I dropped off my CBR on a Sunday and heard nothing for two weeks. After I called up there Rick tells me theyre gonna look at it today and get an estimate by tomorrow. A week of leaving voicemails (not once did I get a call back that week) later they finally determine all it needs is a brake master cylinder and the lever. Rick takes my CC info and says its ordered. Two more weeks go by with no word so I called back, this time Pat tells me the parts werent ordered and Rick no longer works there. Needless to say I was furious at this point but he assures me hes gonna get it taken care of. Finally I get a call back from Rick (who isnt fired now I guess) saying the parts are ordered and are being expedited and it will be ready that week. He also told me at this point he was gonna see about doing some sort of discount on the labor for the delay. Friday rolls around with no word so I called yet again, this time Pat tells me the lever is there but the master cylinder was backordered (this was after Rick assured me the parts were ordered). I found the part readily available and in stock within 30 seconds of searching online. In total it took six weeks to fix something that was a days worth of labor and a week tops to get parts. To add insult to injury when Pat finally tells me its ready the labor charge was not only not discounted but $40 more than what I was originally quoted! I guess thats on me for not getting it in writing. Pat knows this is the truth but Im sure Im gonna get called a liar based on his previous responses. Ill gladly update my review if you want to make this right. Im not asking for anything for free, but six weeks for a basic repair job and inability to return calls is inexcusable.

First two times they were quick and fast . This recent time I had an electrical problem they kept my bike for almost two months . My motorcycle persistently got worse and worse and they made me buy a new part when my old one wasnt even broken. No refund. Just told me "oh well we cant figure it out". Just really bummed me out because I thought I had found "my own mechanic" but it was to good to be true. Off to Yamaha now. Also very unprofessional. But I paid two different times when they said my bike was "fixed" and it was actually worse then before . Within the two months they had it Ive picked it up 4 different times when they claimed it was "fixed" I couldnt even drive it off the lot most of the times lol as if they never even worked on it. I thought it was a prank at first. But my motorcycle is a garage kept bike but they leave it outside in the back causing weather conditions to deteriorate my bike. All around disappointment. I paid two different times for an unfixed motorcycle. It made no sense to me why they didnt just tell me Togo to Yamaha down the road in the first place. My bike was a Yamaha Vstar 1100cc Classic, year 2005. A very popular motorcycle. Most mechanics have the knowledge to work on them. But thanks Boomstick.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Had bike towed in with a carburetor problem, Never got an estimate for work. $100, could barley get home called back, they changed the oil (yes, $100 for an oil change). I ask, who has their bike towed in for an oil change. Came back spoke to the owner he said he would make it right, I had the bike towed back in. Again did work I did not authorized, I just wanted the carburetor adjusted he changed the oil hose (see leak), and god knows what else. $336. Bike drove home nicely, next day see picture, oil all over garage floor. I am out $436 I am done. Funny how all the reviews are 5 star or 1 star. You decide. I saw the response by the owner, and this is a flat out lie. I have nothing to gain here, see the pic and the oil on my garage floor. I will not have a war online, this place sucks, take your chances.

Being from England I wanted a Triumph. After I got the bike it needed a little work. Spent an entire day calling up shops, only to be given CRAZY prices as "its a Triumph sorry" (The same forks are used on a number of different brands of bikes not just Triumph) Anyway stumbled across Boomstick Motorbikes and I couldnt be happier. Pricing was really fair, work was excellent and Customer service was friendly and professional. The staff went above and beyond and the results spoke for them self when I collected the bike. Plus I wasnt given a big spill about it being a "triumph" Would recommend anyone needing work to use them. I will only being using Boomsticks from now on for all my work! If you are looking for an honest bike mechanic, I would recommend giving them a call

Beyond knowledgeable and helpful employees! These guys at boomstick have an atmosphere that emits a friendly and professional feel at the same time. The manager and crew all make sure to make the process completely stress free and love to help. They keep you up to date on everything going on with your bike, the repairs that should be made without pressuring you into purchasing, and stood late multiple times to work on my bike along with others. Not to mention the assistance with towing and even random questions without hesistation. Most stress free and unique bike shop i have ever been to or heard of. Literally none like it anywhere. I recommend this place to anyone looking to get a solid repair,at a great price, from great people. Keep up the awesome work Boomstick!

Best bike shop in town. Ive used them several times for my older bike that sat for years. A little at a time they got my bike pretty much completely restored keeping me updated on what needed to be done and the price ( with old bikes like mine you expect incidentals) which were honestly not many due to their Extensive diagnostics. Not to mention the care they put in knowing it was my dads old bike and I took pride in restoring it. I reccamend them every chance I get. Pat Glaza is the best. Ill never go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Great HONEST service. Had my Harley worked on here and they did not charge ridiculous rates. Very reasonable for the work performed. Staff are very knowledgeable. If you are looking for a great bike shop, you found it here.

Went to a couple different shops in town looking for a place to take my bike. At cheap labor costs and the knowledge they had. I wont be bringing my bike anywhere else.
