This is a great place with professional and courteous employees. I came in on a Thursday afternoon looking for a first motorcycle. I made about half also around the show room before Jim introduced Himself. He is very knowledgeable but also courteous. After chatting for a couple minutes he was able to point me to a group of bikes that were in my preference and price range and urged me sit on everyone of them. Jim left on my own patiently for about 30 min before the owner Manny introduced Himself, and reinforced some of the topics Jim and I talked about. The next day I came back in with the intention to test ride a particular bike. Jim was busy today, so I met Joey, And I was riding in less than 15 min. After riding and deciding to take home said bike, I did notice the front tire was close to needing replaced (probably 500 miles or less). I mentioned it to Joey and asked about being able to get it replaced. After I working out financing on the phone, Joey excitedly told me that Manny agreed it was important to be replaced and it would be included in the asking price! Super awesome. Joey offered to deliver the bike to me in the evening after work all the way to Mandarin, but called me before departing concerned about a cold start issue with the bike and insisted, with my permission, to hold it till the morning for the service department to dig into first thing. Inconvenient, but responsible on their part to ensure that their customers are fully satisfied even after the sale. They drove the bike up to me in the morning before noon. Started right up with no sputtering. Highly recommended and Ill probably be coming back for service.

This is a terrible place to do business! I purchased a motorcycle from them on Jan. 31, 2017. It was a cash purchase, so I asked them if I could do the tag transfer myself to save money. He said yes. I paid for the motorcycle and took it home to Orlando. After waiting several weeks to receive the title (turns out it was a bike they bought or received in a trade, with a Cali. title), I was told I needed to give him an address out of state, so I gave him a relatives address in Al. Two wks later, I finally received what I thought was a clear title, only to find an application for title transfer for a Cali. title! I took this to the DMV and was promptly advised that Pure Powersports MUST process the title, unless I took the bike to Alabama for a title! I then called Jim at PP, who said he would "work on it" and get back with me. After several days, he finally call me and gave me the amount for Tax, tag & title fees. He sent me a form to sign and return with a check for that amount. Finally, 2 wks later I received a tag and registration but NO title! He told the DMV to only record an electronic title, knowing full well I wanted and needed a paper title! I purchased my bike Jan. 31 and will finally get a title on April 25, after paying another $10 to the DMV. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this business!

Saw an ad in Cycle Trader for a particular bike I am watching for. It was advertized for $6,600. I drove 50 miles each way to look at the bike. I liked it and told them Id be back in 7 days as a hurricane was approaching. There was a tag on the bike for $6,600. Gave "Jim" my phone number so he would check on the recall info for the bike. I knew the model had a recall on it. Received no call back but hitched my trailer up and went to the bank, took the day off work and drove the 50 miles again. So they tell me the bike was mispriced and was really ~$2,000 higher. So the lesson learned here is if you see a bike you are interested in and even though you see the internet ad and the price tag on the bike you have to say to the salesman "wow, I think this bike is priced really nice!" So hell be able to say "oh, geeze, we screwed up. Its really $2,000 more!" I guess this is why we all buy our bikes from private parties that pay attention to details when they sell their bikes. 200 miles and a day of vacation wasted. Shoppers beware.

One of the best buying experiences I ever had. I wanted to buy a quality motorcycle for a great price. Plus, I wanted to find a parts and service department that did not overcharge. I found all I wanted at Pure Powersports. The team of Manny, Larry, Lucas, JT, DJ and Joe really take care of me and they made my purchasing, maintaining and owning a motorcycle a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a quality motorcycle at a great price accompanied by fantastic service. An example of their commitment is how they handle an issue with the motorcycle stalling. Long story short, it turns out the custom exhaust pipes required something additional added and they added it for free to make sure it ran right. Their commitment to me having a quality experience and them being a great local dealership is apparent when the owner came out to assist me when I thought I needed help. Turns out it was nothing but my misunderstanding of how to operate it. It is all about the customer for them.

The showroom at Pure Power Sports contains a wide variety of different toys, everyone from a tricked out ATV to sick motorcycles to a selection of fast cars. The guys at Pure Power Sports are a pure pleasure to deal with. Manny, the owner, went above and beyond to take care of me and ensure I was satisfied with the deal. My salesman, Joey, was easy to communicate with and took care of my needs. Jim took care of my paperwork and communicated with me the information needed to ensure a smooth transaction. I drove 2 and a half hours to Pure Power Sports, and the trip was well worth it! I couldnt be happier with the purchase, and will be dealing with Pure Power Sports for my next toy purchase! I highly recommend Pure Power Sports!

I never write reviews, but this place really got under my skin. The sales rep was nice and helpful. However the day my friend purchased a used bike from this shop the speedometer stopped working. He called and asked them about it, and said they would fix it for him. With that being said they didnt say anything about him having to pay for the fix. How are you going to sell someone a used bike and the speedometer work and not fix it for them free of cost. He rode all the way down there to get it fixed and they told him he had to pay. I will never recommend another person to go there.

Theres something great to be said about a business with an owner as present and active as Manny. The owner, took a lot of time to go over different options with me. No sales tactics or pressure. I get the feeling they dont work on commission, so really they are out for your best interest. This goes for the rest of the team as well. They sold me my dream bike, a Suzuki Hayabusa, and the service was awesome from beginning to end. These guys all ride so they know what theyre talking about.
