Went to browse after checking out other local non-Harley dealerships, I was greeted immediately by Andrew. He patiently walked me through and sat me down on every bike that fit my preferences and then some. He happily discussed where the bikes fit in, the origins of their styles, and the technical details of each one. With his assistance I fell for a 2017 Street Bob and so began the credit process. Despite my short but positive credit history he and Kevin were able to get me approved at a good rate for an amazing bike. Even though the financing wouldnt cover accessories and customization they still allowed me to go through the full experience, checking out all the gear and after-market options. The opportunity to meet Dave proved to be a good choice as I later came back to get the work rolling, something which Ill gladly cover later. After finalizing the paper work, which was surprisingly brief and straight forward, I found myself ringing a bell to a killer soundtrack while everyone in house congratulated me. To say I was blown away is an understatement, in the shock and awe of it all I found myself congratulating one of them! Shortly after I walked up to my very own Harley Davidson motorcycle, detailed and double checked to specs with a now full tank of premium gas. Andrew walked me through the process of starting and caring for the bike and encouraged me to take it for a spin around the lot. Did I mention that he not only set me up with a great insurance provider but also set up my MSF endorsement test as a thanks for my business? By the time I left, just a couple hours after arriving, I was satisfied, excited, and prepared to hit the road. A month later I came back in to grab some gear and get the work underway. This is when I approached Dave and was given solid, reliable advice on how to go about pursuing my customization options. The no-nonsense approach to business, passion for Harleys, and willingness to do everything they can when most others wouldnt has earned my respect and permanent business. Huge thanks to Andrew, Kevin, Dave, and everyone else at the East Orlando Harley dealership for bringing me into the family in style, comfort, and afford-ability.

Walk into the shop, I was ready to buy a bike. Me being a veteran was hoping I would get a Salesman who was a veteran as well. Got one pretty cool guy but did not feel the connection. Didnt know much about the bike that I was interested in a used V-ROD. I knew more about it then he did(First bike) Or didnt seem to. When it came down to the sales of the bike. They didnt work with me at all on cutting down the total price. Just cutting down the monthly payment and increasing the months. Sales manager was too serious for my taste and not very welcoming. The vibe at shop sucks. I stood there standing waiting for somebody to show me a bike. I had to ask the merchandise Department if they could grab someone for me. 3 weeks later my turn sig went out. Took it in to service. Guy said I would be able to get to it in a couple days. Asked him whats a couple days? I said "3 days or 4". He said aaaaaa... about. I get that youre busy. But dont try to BS me. Every shop has allotted time from inspection to replacing parts. Shoot its even in the TM/service manuals. You being the service manager should know everyones time and what there working on. You should have been able to give me an estimated time on when it would be completed. Their merchandise Department is on point. Help me with whatever I need it even ordered something and had the shop deliver it to them the next day even though he told me it wouldnt be there for another 3 days. Thank you

Worst experience in customer service Ive ever had. I laid my bike down last May and had it towed to this shop out of convenience. I call one week later, nothing had been done. Two weeks later, nothing done. Three weeks, four weeks, nothing. Not even an estimate had been done on my bike. They hadnt even looked at it. 6 weeks later they finally complete an estimate and send it to my insurance company. Insurance does a one week turnaround on the approval and now the claim is back at Harley. They have the check in hand. One week later Harley calls to tell me they were going to order the parts to start working on my bike. One week after that I call to be told the parts havent been received. Another week later, not all parts received. Another week later, I receive my second phone call from Harley only to be told that the mechanic that was working on my bike has locked my paperwork in his toolbox and gone to Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. They print new paper work. I pick up my bike. And its low on all fluids (spilled out from wreck) and the battery cover is still scratched to hell. Almost three months it took for them to fix a bike that was laid down and they couldnt even replace the battery cover or the fluids. Do not take your bike here to get serviced.

Either I was short changed in life or never have had the fortune to have experienced such great customer service, but East Orlando Harley went well above and beyond for me. The East service center took over from the Historic center, because of closer location, and did everything to make the bike run like new. Though it took a few rounds of testing it out, they always were understanding and took the bike back until I was satisfied. Johnny the service manager took care of me for sure. Even the sales guys were looking out for me. Terry, at East harley, made sure to check up on me during and far after service completion to make sure everything was running ok. Great guy, superior mechanic/bike knowledge, and was always available to offer up advice. These guys didnt even sell me the bike! So I couldnt be more proud to call East Harley dealership my home for service and sales.

I walked in on a Sunday afternoon to spend $200 on set of lights my ex-husband had picked out for Christmas. I had the part number and the credit card ready - it would have taken 10 minutes. But as I had all my teeth and wasnt wearing any leather, no one would talk to me. There was no one at any of the three desks there, and at least two employees walked by me twice, one of them in the parts department, without saying a word. Seems to me that if youve only got about 8 people in your store on a Sunday afternoon and someone comes in and starts looking for stuff in the parts department you should at least ask if theyre looking for something. Last year I spent $450 there. My ex bought his bike there this year. I will not be back, and Ill bet he wont be either. But Im sure the two guys that were missing teeth will be spending enough there to make up for it.

Purchased a motorcycle from a private seller who still had an outstanding loan through Harley Davidson Financial. Unfortunately, had to do sale through "Rider to Rider" program. Absolutely horrendous experience. Business manager is totally incompetent. Didnt know about the program. We had to have him review Harley Davidson website to complete the sale. Says hes "too busy" to answer his phone or to check his voice mail! Manager was given email addresses and phone numbers for information prior to the transaction and did nothing. When asked why, his response was "he had nothing to write with and didnt take down the information"!!! Totally unprofessional demeanor. With staff like this, Mr Deli needs to remove "customer relations and service are our highest priority" from his website. Does not appear to be the case at this dealership!
