Hello, I was having some very difficult and stressful complications with my scooter that I had bought at Solano Cycles in St. Augustine, FL. I am a full time college student and I depend on my scooter for transportation. Sadly, my scooter ended up forming complications, for whatever reason. The first time I reached out to Solano Cycles I was blown off and not treated like as a customer should. However, management has changed. My scooter ended up breaking down completely. I immediately emailed Solano Cycles and left a few reviews. They immediately responded to my complaints and reviews within that same day. And thanks to the new manager, Tara, Solano Cycles was willing to pick it up, free of charge; they were flexible with the cost of repairs, and upheld fantastic customer service. I could tell that they cared and genuinely wanted to help me in any and every way that they could. I am extremely grateful to the Solano Cycle team and specifically, I am beyond grateful for all of the hard work and dedication Tara displayed while working effortlessly with me to determine the issue and resolve it within a reasonable price. Not only did they resolve my issue, but Tara also spent the time to teach me about the technical aspects of my problem. Tara also provided me with advice and explanations to her advice. Unlike the old management, Tara actually took the time to explain to me, in depth, about my warranty (the dos and donts) and what each check up entails. Thank you so much, Kacey Dzidek.

Solano Cycle in downtown St. Augustine is worst business Ive encountered in an extremely long time. Ive been given the run around from day one with these people. Everything from not ordering my product to lying about the registration being sent in the mail to selling me the wrong cover (which including the return time took over an hour because nothing in the store is priced). The people running this place have no clue what theyre doing and have absolutely NO respect for their customers. I found scooter repair/parts store in the area called Scooter Pro. The guy that runs the shop used to work for Solano, but left because of their terrible business ethics. I have completely cut ties with Solano Cycle and recommend people not even consider giving them your business.

I dont normally spend my time with this but feel compelled to help all those consumers out there. Solano Cycle is a tragedy. Maybe profit superceeds customer service. Or they just dont care. Waited, Even though it appeared there was no reason too. When we were finally (helped) sic. I use this word conservatively. A simple transaction turned really nasty. We have friends and family in the area and I can assure you we will spead the word. If you want your experience in St. Augustine to be flawed, go by Salono Cycle. If not and want to stay happy avoid them. They are probably not local as we met many people that were willing to assist us, without the,.. anyway, stay away from this business. Tami

Horrible customer service bike sat at there shop a week after i bought a brand new carburetor and then the carb i brought back to them they switched out with a dinged up crappy looking one i only know that because i dotted mine with a sharpie and when i was over and done with there horrible service i just went and grabbed my scooter that they had for one week and lied multiple times saying oh we are very busy but we will get to your scooter eventually they never called me back to try to refund me my money or fix there horrible service and they also ignore your phone calls

Dont get your moped fixed here. I would give zero stars if I could. Theyve had my boyfriends moped for almost a month for simple oil leak fix. Never once did they call him. He would call after days or a week of waiting to hear from them and they would tell him it would be another 3-5days and that they would call back. They never called back. This is just poor customer service and Im going to spread the word through every channel I know because this is ridiculous.

Rented the 3 wheel scoot coupe over night one day and then a double moped for 24 hours from them and they were great people!! I lost moped key and called them and while they were finding another one I found it which made me late and he said no worries bud! I was very thankful for no extra charges for being late. They were awesome and we had a great time on both bikes and they made it easy to get around the crowded town!!!

We were visiting St. Augustine and wanted to rent scooters, so we called Solano Cycle to ask how much rentals were by the hour. The girl who answered the phone had an attitude and TERRIBLE customer service, so we went to St. Augustine Bike Rentals instead. If you want great customer service, go to St. Augustine Bike Rentals, not Solano Cycle.

Scooters and coupes are twice as much as the ones on King street. Not to mention King street had 20% off coupons in the local books. I got a coupe for under $30/hr on King street. It was quick and easy to rent and everyone there was very helpful, professional and polite. It would have been $65/hr at Solano Cycle/Fun Rentals.

Bought a kymco 50 on the 16th of June. Been back three times for service....invisible owner, rude employees, flippant attitudes, the list goes on. Just shut your lights off you do not know anything about running a business. Your employees were quick to share your negatives. Im ashamed to be associated with your product.

They were very helpful and made sure we were comfortable taking the little car out and about. They all were very educated about the handling of the scooter car and made sure we knew all safety rules and where all we could go cruising around! Fabulous! Very satisfied customer!

Bought my Kymco from these guys a few months ago. Great buying experience to say the least. On top of that, I brought my bike in yesterday for its 1200K service routine. It was done in less than an hour, and it rode like brand new on the way out. Highly recommended!

Worst customer service Ive ever had,worst place to take your scooter for repairs did more damage to my bike then they fixed.will bill you for service they never did and when you call them on it and point it out that the works not done get belligerent

They have a wide variety of different cycles. My concern is with pushy sales staff and lack of safety concerns. I happen to know age restrictions when it comes to 4-wheelers but novices may be mislead.
