Not impressed by this dealership what so ever! I looked on their website prior to driving over there, and it showed that they had the FZ-07 in three different colors, in their "new inventory." I hopped in the truck and drove over there with the intent of buying one if I liked it in person. I walk in and a salesman asks if he can help me. I told him that I saw on their website that it had indicated that they had several different colors of the 2015 FZ-07 in stock. Apparently the salesman was not interested in actually selling a motorcycle because he never bothered to even stand up from his chair. I was told by the, what I can only assumed to be injured or lazy salesman, that there were no 2015 FZ-07s in stock. He then proceeded to tell me that only the bike on the website with a "stock number" listed next to them were actually in stock. I asked him when they expected to get another shipment and he fumbled around and made the excuse that his sales manager was at lunch and that I would have to wait for him to return. At this point I just decided to leave before I decided to tell said salesman how I felt about his attitude. About a week passes and I check their website again. I see that one of the FZ-07s has a "stock number" next to it, so I hop back in the truck and drive down there again. I walk in and was greeted by a different salesman. I inquired about the FZ-07 and he said they had none in stock. At this time the salesman from a week before walks up and I remind him of our earlier conversation about the "stock number". I then told them both that their website shows they have one in stock with a stock number assigned to it. They both looked shocked and walk over to another salesman at a desk to check their inventory. Now they are telling me that it is a mistake and that they forgot to take it the stock number off the website after they sold the bike. Ok, whatever........so i look around at what they actually have in stock. Not once did either of the salesmen ever offer to take my info down and call me when they get one or even bother to ask if I would like to possibly order one in. These guys were acting like they didnt give a damn about helping me out. I will never set foot in this complete joke of a dealership again. I figured the first experience might have just been a fluke and maybe the salesman was new and didnt know the ropes yet. After the way I was treated the second time I made up my mind that this dealership will never get a cent of my hard earned money.......Good luck to anyone that decides to buy from them!

I became a Daytona Fun Machines customer after purchasing a used Honda scooter and going there to have regular maintenance done. Having been there twice, I find the service department to be friendly, competent and thorough. It is impressive that even after routine maintenance, they test-drive the scooter to check it out before sending it out the door. The parts department people are happy to answer questions. They are proactive behind the counter, aiming to please. Daytona Fun Machines gets a four-star rating instead of five stars because of a simple-to-fix flaw in their phone answering system that has been brought to their attention but not fixed. Remarkably, their voice message does not provide business hours or inform callers that this dealership is closed on Mondays. If the business is closed, the phone tree options take you to unanswered phones and then route you back to the main menu. When I called them for the very first time, on a Monday, the phone went unanswered and no way was provided by the system to leave a message. Assuming this business was open that weekday but was not answering the phone, I grew frustrated, gave up and started calling competitors. It was from a competitor that I learned Daytona Fun Machines is closed Mondays. Preferring a branded Honda dealer to an independent, I called back on Tuesday and became a customer. Im glad I did. I get good service here. I see at least one negative review of this company posted because they do not answer their phone. My guess is that person called on a Monday. This dealership is good at answering the phone when they are open.

I took my 2003 Honda Trike in to their shop to find out why the FI light came on. They said that they suspected faulty gas so they drained the gas and added 1 gallon of new gas plus a fuel conditioner. They said that they reset the Faults and took the trike for a long ride and it performed fine. They said that after the ride they hooked the computer back up to the trike and although the FI light was not lit on the trike it was on steady on the computer. They said that the ECH could be bad, @ $700.00, or some of the harness pins may not be making good contact. They said that the bike was running fine now. I told them that I could not afford that much money right now and that I would pick up the Trike. I got 2 miles away fron the dealership and the FI light came back on. I paid them $244.42 for nothing. They did not drain the gas as stated. They drained about 2 gallons out and added a Ethanol conditioner. I know this because I filled the tank up and it took 3.42 gallons. I feel that the only other thing they did was reset the FI codes and charged me $244.42. I would never take my bike to them again. I am a member of the Daytona Gold Wing Road Riders Association and you can be certain that I will bring this up to the membership at our next meeting. Dont take your bike to them.

Went in last Thursday to look at a Honda CBR 300R that I was highly interested in and to buy a pair of riding gloves. I was unable to find a pair of gloves that fit, but the guy behind the counter in the apparel section was very helpful. However, when I checked out the bike, I received no help from the older salesman that day. Even when he finished answering a ladys questions, and I was obviously circling the same bike, he never asked if I needed help. I headed over to him and asked what the out the door price would be, and he could not have cared less and just stood in place, took a guess at the price, and didnt even bother with any eye contact while talking. Im assuming this is due to my age (Im 21, and I about look it), but that is no excuse for such a lack of respect. Knowing I didnt have to deal with his attitude, I walked out immediately after he showed his disinterest. Im about to pick up a 600cc motorcycle from Volusia Motorsports today. Thanks, Daytona Fun Machines. Never underestimate someones buying power.

Daytona Fun Machines, Holly Hill Fl has always treated us like first class citizens. I have always found all departments to be friendly, courteous, professional and ethical. The Service Manager Mark, Service Writers, Roxie and Rodney, the Parts Department Victor, the Parts Manager and Mike one of the Front Counter Guys have never been anything but helpful and johnnie on the spot for answering questions, helping fit clothing, helmets, or answering questions on lubricants, waxes, and polishes. Jim Mitchell in Sales is always acting as the door greeter and when we dealt with him on the purchase of our 2011 Can-Am Spyder RTL he was most helpful with the ins and outs of what would be best for us in terms of add-ons. Chris and Chrisy the owners are always available for questions, exchange of ideas etc. We have dealt with them since we got our first Gold Wing in 1984 until now. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for whatever need you might have in watercraft, motorcycles or all terrain vehicles.
