I have had a bad experience with this dealership because they deceived me and overcharged me. First of all they gave me the wrong master pin for my vintage, that wasnt a real big deal. The sales manager deceived me because he explained to me that the bike came with a factory two year warranty but then asked me if I wanted the extended seven year warranty. That led me to believe that I was getting an Indian warranty. I said yes and he billed me almost $1,700 dollars. When I took my bike in to get the 500 mile checkup done at my local dealership I found out that I had no seven year warranty through Indian. What he did was sell me one through RPMone warranty company in order for him to get a kick back. The Indian seven year warranty costs $1,400 but I was billed $1,700 dollars. The next issue is that he charged me $1,200 dollars for the stage one mufflers. I went online and found out that they retail for $700 not including the exhaust tips which are $200 dollars. I also bought the stage one air filter so I should have paid $1,400 just for parts. Instead my bill was for more than $2,700 for two parts! They charged me $1,300 in labor! The next issue is that they are hounding me over $500 dollars that the sales manager was apparently suppose to get from me. I thought they had factored that into the deal and I didnt have to give them any money, so I didnt say anything or give them any. Is $500 dollars really going to cause them to go out of business? They got over on me by several thousand dollars and they still want a mere $500. They are being greedy. Its not my fault the sales manager messed up. Take the money out of his paycheck, its his mistake. They are now holding my tags until I pay them the money. I have tried calling them to offer a compromise that theyll still make money on but they wont let me talk to the sales manager, hes always busy all of a sudden since I reported them to Indian and filed a dealer complaint. I would recommend not dealing with them.

If you are reading these reviews, (like me) its most likely because you like the Indian/Victory product but want to make sure you make the right choice when it comes to where you spend your money. Let me tell you about my experience. Walking in the door for the first time I knew that this was no ordinary dealership. These guys are committed to not only having many of the colors of each brand on the floor they also had several custom fitted/painted bikes in a variety of budgets. I was greeted by a salesman (Glen King) who was professional, knowledgeable and let me go at my own pace. Since i was new to the Indian product I had LOTS of questions that he addressed with patience and expertise. Once i selected my bike (2016 Roadmaster) I found Ralph in service to be more than accommodating in getting me out the door with all of my parts extremely quickly in my opinion. They have all the parts and pieces IN STOCK that you would want without waiting for shipping. When it comes to parts, "Texas" Pete is the one to go with. He definitely knows his stuff and will steer you in the right direction. I had the pleasure of meeting with the owner (Lyle) who was besides being a nice guy assured me that it was their goal to deliver an extraordinary experience to every one of their customers. Lyle, I just want to say thank you and mission accomplished with this customer. I know this is lengthy but I wanted to make sure that if I was going to leave a review for them I wanted to cover all the bases. They gave me the best deal up front without games, they did EVERYTHING they said they would do and I also experienced a mind blowing pre and post-delivery experience. When you are ready to be treated with respect and have an unforgettable purchase experience head on over to Indian Daytona and tell them I sent you. You wont regret it---I sure didnt.

I was in Daytona for Bike week 2015 from Raleigh N.C. I had been looking at Indian Motorcycles for some time now. I met Kenny Smith one of your salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the product. We looked at a few bike options. He advised me to go to take a test drive at the demo tent by the Race track. The people there were very helpful. They knew the product inside out. I went to the demo tent and took a ride. I was sold. I went back to the dealer on Beach St and found Kenny. He actually remembered my name I was impressed. We looked over a few my options and I decided on the Vintage model. The staff at the dealership were very professional and helpful. I wanted to tell you I rode the bike the rest of bike week. It is fantastic everything they said it would do it did and more. The power is incredible and handles like a dream on and off the interstate. I returned to Raleigh on Monday and took it out for a spin. Fantastic on the back roads and a real head turner. Everywhere I went people looking and asking questions. I stopped at my old Harley dealer and it drew a crowed. I have ridden Harleys for several years and the Indian out performs it hands down. I would like to thank Kenny and all the staff at the Daytona dealership and the tents at the race track. " even the finance folks " Great team and couldnt be happier. I come to Daytona several times a year. I will be sure to stop in and visit. Kenny did a great job he was not aggressive and wanted me to take my time that was critical in my desision. He deserves some kudos. Please ring the bell for Kenny. Sincerely, David B. Indian Vintage owner

Ive got to hand it to Brian - My Girl and I came in looking for "Something"... I wanted a bagger and she wanted me to get a chopper, (Kind of in reverse, right!?!). We had been to just about every other dealer in Daytona; While they all wanted to sell us something - none of them seemed to care what it was - just post a number for the day. And, "You can ride it after you buy it" seemed to be the theme for the day. How can you possibly know if the bike is right for you if you never ride it? Would anyone ever buy a car or truck that way? Anyway, Brian listened to what we were both looking for, and steered us in exactly the right direction! I left the dealership with exactly the right bike for both of us - She got the sleek, powerful look that she wanted, I got the ride, accessories, and comfort that I was looking for. And thanks to George, I had a great test ride that made it clear to me I had made the right decision! Mike made the process of buying, paperwork, and financing as smooth and effortless and anyone could ever hope to have. Again, my hat is off to these guys and the entire Indian Team for the attention to detail that they all showed, as well as what I feel was their honest and sincere concern that they had paired the right bike with the right rider. Brian, Mike, and the rest of the Crew: You have made a customer for life! Thanks!
