I have been going to this cycle gear since they have opened near me cause im a bikr tech and it convenient When they first opened the staff was really nice and really really go all out there way to help or answer any questions you have,the guys like Omar and Sal. NOW the new staff is in there and everybody is rude AF! The managers had a little attitude when I returned a tool that broken,even tho its a no hassle returns. To be honest,I dont think i will ever..ever go back there again..I asked a guy about some UFO dirt bike plastics today just to see if they could get them in.The guy took 23 mins to ask someone about it and then when the guy in the back told him they dont carry them,the guy came back out and walked right passed me and didnt even tell me they dont carry them anymore. NEVER GO TO THE DAYTONA BEACH LOCATION!!!!!!

Love this place... The staff is always helpful and very knowledgeable. Bought the Sena SMH-10R Dual Bluetooth Headsets and Intercom system and they installed them for free. Chris was very patient having to deal with my OCD issues while installing my set. Thank you guys for always making our shopping experience great!

Would be great if new manager wasnt there. Staff are very nice, manager seems like he lacks experience in the motorcycle industry, and seems bothered to be there. Not to mention he misplaced a helmet I ordered for a while and made me wait for it with no apology (and no box for some reason)

Went in there today to look around and check on a pair of leather gloves. The place had a large selection of merchandise and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I did not find what I wanted, but really liked the selection. Will be back if I need anything else.

Great staff. Battery died in my wifes bike. Chris found the right one, double checked the charge on it, and lent me his SOG multi tool to swap it out. Love cycle gear...even more.
