My fiancé and I purchased two Yamaha Waverunners over two years ago. Brent was our sales representative. We called around to Orlando and Deland after a terrible sales experience in Daytona (spent three hours waiting for a manager or someone to give us a price on two older model skis in showroom). On the way home we left messages with both Orlando and Deland Yamaha Dealers on what we wanted and asked for a quote. Deland Motorsports (Brent) called us back within 15 min with a great price and included covers and a dual trailer in the deal. We completed the transaction over the phone within an hour. Deland Motorsports delivered the waverunners and the trailer the very next day to our home in Edgewater. Awesome and easy sales experience - Brent was exceptional!! Yesterday we called Deland Motorsports for our 50 hour service and the service department scheduled and picked up our Waverunners this am. They completed the service, called us by 4:30 and delivered the Waverunners back to us by 6:00 pm the same day. WOW - that is great service!! Thank you to the entire service team - thank you Mike!! Deland Motorsports has outstanding sales people and service team and a helpful delivery gentleman who was pleasant and very helpful. We were pleasantly surprised at the wonderful sales experience but even more surprised and pleased that over two years later we were treated as if we were first time customers. Great sales experience, great service = a business who earns our loyalty for life. We have repeatedly recommended Deland Motorsports and will cintinue to do so!! Thanks for making our day today team!!

Seeking out another shop to work on my k4 GSXR 1000 track bike after stupidly allowing Seminole Powersports put a rear tire on my bike and getting home setting the pressures & realizing SEMINOLE PUT IT ON BACKWARDS. I took the bike back up there and they fixed the problem. I set the pressures the next morning for a cold reading and while they finally figured out how to put it on the right way, they managed to only put 17PSI in my rear tire!! No leaks, just 'technician' error. After talking to Mike & Chris @ DeLand Motorsports I put my bike & trust into them. They installed my racing clutch, replaced my chain, changed the oil & filter, & replaced my forks/internals. I also ordered an OEM rear solo cowl @ a greatly reduced price considering all the work I had done. I just picked up the bike today & I'm not sure they gave me the same bike back! It's incredible the work they put into my baby & they have more than earned both my trust, as well as a lifetime customer. Mike & Chris called me probably five times throughout the 8-10 days they had the bike just for suggestions and to update me. You usually have to sacrifice workmanship for customer service or vice versa, but with my first experience with DeLand Suzuki...I got an excellent amount of both. Highly recommend. And for the negative coments about this establishment...seems as if they're writing about things they 'heard'...no accounts of actual first hand experiences.

I went into Deland Motorsports on Labor Day weekend looking to burn some of my hard earned OT money on a nice new toy. Chase sat down with me and I told him I was looking for a side by side and was interested in the Arctic Cat Wildcat X. He showed me one of the "certified used ones" and also several of the new ones, after discussing the costs for the new vs the used it made much more sense to just spend the extra $1500 or so and get the newer one where Id have been the first owner. We talked prices and they let me know what Id be looking at so I left to go to my bank and move some money around and also to contemplate my decision (which nobody made me feel pressured to pull the trigger right then and there.) After mulling it over for an hour or so and waiting out a pretty rough rain storm I was actually on my way back to the dealership when they called me and asked me what my thoughts were but again werent pushy in trying to get me back in just to make the sale. I informed the dealership that I was actually headed in when they called, once I arrived and they helped inform me on what loan would suit me best and working on the price slightly. We were able to strike the deal and from there on out it was a very easy pain free process! I would recommend Deland Motorsports to anyone I know based off of this one time experience that I had! Thanks again to everyone at Deland Motorsports who made my experience the best its possibly ever been at any dealership!!!

I purchased a 2015 Yamaha FZR from Deland, and everything went smoothly until we got to the end of the deal, and financing. They tried to sell me the 5 year Yamaha warranty that came complimentary at that time of the year. I called Yamaha corporate, and they initiated it as it should have been done. Then, they sold me on GAP insurance that I did not need. Talking to my insurance company (Seaworthy) they told me that the insurance I had on the waverunner would cover me on the amount I owed with no issue because of the type of marine insurance I had purchased. They also advised that with the amount of the downpayment I put down that it wasnt needed anyway. I contacted Chris in finance early October this year (2015), and told them to cancel the RPM ONE Gap. They sent me the paperwork, and thats where it left off. I have called and called, when I finally speak to someone they promise to call back, and dont. Sometimes not even knowing what is going on. I was able to finally cancel the GAP and got confirmation directly from RPM ONE, but they said the check and paperwork were at Deland. So I call, and they have no clue what is going on, and said they will call me back....... and of course, dont. Its mid December now, and I will probably have to take legal action to recover my money. Incredible! Beware of up sells when in the finance office. They will take your money fast, but take their time in helping you get things corrected.

Best price in town for a Suzuki Burgman 400. Im not talking about a few dollars.....Deland MotorSports sold me a new 2014 Burgman 400 for $1600 dollars less than any of the Osceola or Orange county dealers. If you are looking for a Suzuki motorcycle or scooter, contact Brent or Chad at Deland MortorSports before you make your purchase. They wont beat your dealers price to earn your business, their prices are simply lower!!! I recommend you contact Deland Motorsports first, then see if you can find a dealer that will match or give you a lower price. I guarantee they wont even come close to the price quoted by Deland Motorsports. I was told by a couple dealers that when I arrived at Deland Motorsports there would be additional charges even though I was quoted an out the door price. I was told there is no way Deland Motorsports could sell be the Burgman 400 for such a low price because it was below invoice. When I arrived at Deland Motorsports I was greeted with a smile and hand shake. The service department was ready to install a battery as soon as I gave the go ahead. All the other dealers were correct about the price. It wasnt the same as quoted over the phone. It ended up being $8 less.
