I would strongly recommend not wasting your time wit this dealer. They are a total Joke and they will scam you with a bike that has lots of issues. I bought a 2014 BMW S1000r red from this dealer back in September 2015 road 2 hours to get the bike. The initial sale was a good experience but thats where it stopped. On the way home I noticed the bike had a lot of vibrations in bars and the motor was a little noisy. I contacted the dealer and was told thats all normal, all s1000rs do that. I continued to ride the bike and the noise and vibrations just kept getting worse. I started to call around and ask other dealers if this was normal, they all said no, but jacksonville says its normal and a warranted bike so dont worry about it. I road two other s1000rs and both had none of the issues as mine. They did not make any noise and had very little vibrations. The bike I bought sounds like a bucket of bolts. There was so much noise from the motor around 4000 RPM its incredibly unnerving. Especially when other bikes do not make the sound. After complaining to BMW Jacksonville they agreed to take the bike back but they kept $2000 of my money. What ever I was happy to have the bike gone as it will likely blow up shortly. They dont want to admit there is a problem when I bought it back. Wouldnt even listen to it running. Here comes the issue as to why Im posting this review today. They BMW Jacksonville still have the bike 5 months later for sale at the same price. They also had the bike for several months before I purchased it. There has been several test ride because about 300 miles was added to the bike since I took it back. So that tells me other people have road the bike and found the same issues I discovered with the bike and didnt want to buy it. The motor sounds like a bucket of bolts rattling around and there is a large amount of vibrations. This dealer doesnt want to fix the issue they just want to pass it on. They already got $2,000 extra on this bike but still want to charge $13,750 for a bike that clearly has issues. And by not selling it 5 months later its a large admission it has issues. Dont make the same mistake I did by purchasing a bike from this dealer. It will cost you in the end. I would like my money back but at least I dont have a bike that sounds like a bucket of bolts.

In September of 2015 I worked with David on the purchase of a new S1000RR. I stated what I was willing to pay, he stated what he was willing to take for the motorcycle, from there we negotiated a price we could both agree on. At the time I was on vacation and would not be able to take immediate delivery of the motorcycle so I insisted on putting a deposit on the bike, David insisted it was not necessary and he would ensure the bike was there when I returned from vacation. I arrived at the dealership the morning after I returned from vacation with check in hand and collected my new bike. David handled our transaction as a professional and with no non sense which made the purchase experience seem less. I have returned on multiple occasion for service and to have some after market parts installed on the BMW, so far my experience with service has been solid. I have shopped their parts department as well and that experience has been solid.

Brought my 2011 1000RR in for a start/kill switch recall. The appointment was for 1030, but got there at 0930 from Gainesville;Florida on a trailer. They took me right in had it replaced in less than 20 minutes, They road tested it, and were very professional about the whole thing. They helped me load my bike up as well. You can be well assured that I will recommend these guys, rather than Daytona BMW who sold the bike to me, and never contacted me about any recalls. This is a great and well trained BMW as well as a Ducati Dealership in North Florida. It has a well laid out assortment of motorcycles, from touring bikes to rocket ships. It has a clean service area, and parts area, with Jackets ..shirts..etc. I could hear salespersons speaking to people with varying degrees of riding experience with the same amount of respect.A good place to buy a bike for the rest of your life. Bravo!

Chuck and his team took great care of me and had me back on the road in less than a hour after I road in from Savannah to have a inop turn signal looked at / replaced. I was a walk in and was treated like I had made a appointment months ago. Chuck worked his magic and came up with the control cluster after some searching. Other things I liked about the shop: 1. Great leather couches to chill in after being on the road all morning. 2. Good selection of swag in the store up front. 3. And the service entrance is covered which sounds like a small detail but think of standing there in the FL sun with you gear on trying to explain a bike problem. 4. Right off the JAX I-295 loop. I did not get to try the coffee as I was in and out so quick :) Thanks for a job well done BMW Motorrad of JAX!!

AFTER A COUPLE OF SMALL HICCUPS BMW OF OP TOOK CARE OF ME WITH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. BRAD HIMSELF WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE SURE THAT MY ISSUE WAS HANDLED PROFESSIONALLY AND WITHIN A TIMELY MANNER. THE COMMUNICATION ISSUE THAT I INITIALLY THOUGHT WAS THE FAULT OF BMW OF OP TURNED OUT TO BE A PROBLEM WITH EMAILS GOING TO MY SPAM FOLDER. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

This dealership should be your last stop. They will have my business for many years to come. Chuck and the service staff are phenomenal. Never have I felt that a service department was truly looking out for my needs and ensure my experience is always positive. If youre in the market for a BMW or Ducati this is the ONLY place to go.

Took a chance getting a rear tire replaced without an appointment, but they were very accommodating and had me in and out in no time. During the tire swap, they discovered my rear brake pads were worn and replaced those as well. I highly recommend this dealer for any of your BMW motorrad needs.

All the staff was exceptional, sales, finance, and manager at parts- understood my interest and accommodated the million questions I asked. A few of the local riders were hanging out, additionally service has 2 mechanics at level 2 for Ducati.

Love the atmosphere here! Friendly sales reps. Whether youre buying or browsing, they treat you the same. Great selection. Although they seem quite partial to Ducati and BMW...thats not a bad thing at all lol
