This place is awesome! Right in the middle of downtown Reno. They didnt have exactly what I wanted but the gentlemen who helped me did his best to get me what I needed from there. The conversation with him about what I needed was very clear, and when he found out they didnt have what I needed he sent me to the place who did have it. Great customer service!

I will give zero star if I can. I ordered a NEW Dlink 2132L IP cam from Pawnworld (Reno, NV) through Amazon on 6/17. They sent me a used one after one week. I can tell by the open seal and damaged ship box. This company is dishonest. Dont buy from them!

id give if zero stars if I could. The place smelled horrible, the guy that worked there was super rude. Plus its stupid that the almost bankrupt owner is spending his time online stead of actually trying to fix his ghost town of a shop.
